Honestly, I love how the podcast has been running lately. I’ve always liked the podcast and always look forward to Tuesday’s. I’m so happy for Zane, Heath, Mariah, and Matt: how hard they work for the podcast and how great they do.

When my ex bf was in high school he was at home alone one night and heard a toilet flush. The next morning he was so freaked out that he and his dad searched the entire house & found someone living in their attic. They didn’t actually catch the guy but they found his makeshift bed, food from their kitchen, some of their personal belongings that he was taking while they were gone /sleeping. They freaked out and called the cops but the guy never came back and they were never able to catch him. Literally my BIGGEST fear confirmed

True story.. a few months ago now my uncle was on his way to get a stint put in for his heart... on the way to surgery he had a heart attack.. bc they overdosed him on w.e medicine it was bc someone wrote down the amnt other person read it wrong or something along those lines. Very scary
When they were talking about the google maps going back in time I got so excited because my dad also passed but unfortunately too early in 2003, the story after made me cry tears of joy. So happy for that girl who got to see a random picture of her dad again! Also reminder to check on your loved ones when things feel off, trust your gut instincts.

*From a perinatal RN regarding surrogacy:*
Surrogates and Gestational Carriers are two different things. A surrogate carries donor sperm and uses their own egg, but a gestational carrier uses an egg from another woman which is fertilized with the sperm of their choosing.
A great example of this is Kim Kardashian. She had a condition in her first pregnancy where her placenta implanted too deeply into her uterus and put her at major risk of postpartum hemorrhage in future pregnancies. Because of this, she opted to have her eggs harvested and fertilized with Kanye's sperm to be placed in a gestational carrier.
Had she opted for the carrier to not use her eggs, but still use Kanye's sperm, the carrier would have been termed as a surrogate instead of being a gestational carrier.

Realtor here! In California, if a death of any kind occurred on the property within the last 3 years, it must be disclosed. Anytime after that, it does not need to be disclosed unless inquired.
So they don't legally don't have to tell you anything that happened before 3 years

Am I the only one who waits every Monday to hear their podcast? I’m so thrilled to see Matt back on the show! I’ve been following the group since their first release of the podcast and it’s been a long journey! (For them and for us) It’s sort of amazing to look back at old videos of their podcast and see the amount of growth within a one year span. This is why one of the first things I do in the office is check for their latest update! 😄 The show is entertaining and I’m glad everyone is doing wonderful! 💕

I truly lost my mind and started crying of laughter when Matt brought up the Emperors new groove and starts reciting it. Idk why but it tickled my fancy and I actually have tears😂
Im a server at a steakhouse and I can confirm that about 99% of restaurants do not have their servers give what they write down directly to the kitchen...thatd just be chaotic lol. Instead we enter everything into a POS (like a touchscreen computer) which automatically sends it to the right place... like salad orders to the salad station, steaks to the grill, drinks to the bar, etc. Its also a way for us to keep tabs on our tables so we can check whos drinking/eating what and so that we can print out your check at the end. Some older places like diners might still write out their orders but its rare bc its so inefficient
as someone who works in a old pizza diner type thing. we write orders AND ITS SOOOOOO INEFFICIENT bc chefs are coming in and out asking for clarification ect. like. NO convert to touch screen PLS 🖐🏻😭

Currently freaking out because I had NO IDEA you could go back and look at google street view. I went back to my grandparents house in 2011 and I see my mamaw washing the siding to their house. She passed away in 2014 😭

Not even 2 MINUTES into the podcast TS 1:02ish was so sweet on both ends from Heath noticing how cute Mariah was being and Mariah making sure Matt felt comfy while sharing his uhohh story!!
Matt was explaining to Heath, Zane and Mariah why he still sometimes has leakage after peeing. Matt basically says, “how everything can just get misplaced after peeing”… Mariah always being the one understanding and making everyone comfy just says to him RIGHT… RIGHT… (as if she totally gets it and can relate)
Meanwhile Heath slightly points his finger at her with a lil giggle
(like a sweet little country gramp would do while sitting in his lazy boy recliner) and says, “haha BUBBA” as she just sits there being adorable & making the convo roll for the POD listening and agreeing with Matt’s occasional misplacing of the peeennn after he goes pee!! So innocent, sweet and funny!!
I couldnt wait to tell my husband, as soon as the pregnancy test revealed, I immediately called him (he was working out of town), mainly because we're both 36, never had a scare and have been married for 8 years, never thought it would happen, then randomly, it did! And now we have the most beautiful 1 month old girl, Nova Madison 🥰❤

Strange that you guys talked about pregnancy , I got pregnant last year and put my baby up for adoption, but when Mariah said she’d get attached to the baby, I can honestly say I didn’t get attached I was happy the entire time knowing I was giving someone a child they count have themselves it was like I was just carrying someone else’s kid ! ❤️ just wanted to tell someone not a lot of people know. Love you alll !
What a beautiful gift you've blessed someone with, my cousin recently did the same. She gave up her baby for a closed adoption last year and she stated that out of all the things she's done in her life this is the one thing that has brought her fullfilment and purpose. ❤

@@x.mono.x4011 when I found out I was pregnant I knew I wasn’t ready, and I found a couple that have been looking to adopt for over 4 years. Neither of them were able to have kids. So I made the decision after reading their story that I could do something so great for someone who cannot have kids on their own. Honestly the best feeling in the world was seeing them so happy with the baby.
@@katiespencer5300 if you cannot find a child to adopt after 4 years, they were looking for a specific kind of child and not just any. 135,000 children are adopted in the United States each year. 15% are only voluntarily relinquished American babies. When you do get ready and able, please check if he was adopted. If he wasn’t yet get him. It’ll mean the world you came back.

Sorry to hear this happened to you Heath. I worked for Chase and the #1 thing we used to advise our customers was to not give any information to anyone calling you. Or click and signing in to your account from an email sent by "Chase" no matter how legitimate it looks. If you ever get a notification or alert, just call the number on the back of your card to ensure you are speaking to an actual representative. This goes for any bank or company. Only give out information if you made the call, not the other way around :)

omg! The Google Street view, that happened to family too! My Grandfather passed in 2016 and shortly after that my grandmothers dog passed. We were searching the area for moving or something like that and searched our house and my grandfather and my grandmothers dog are in the yard sitting on the front lawn bench.
