- After spending years in the open ocean, these fish return to their natal streams, where they were born. It’s thought that salmon navigate using the Earth’s magnetic field and are able to recognize the smell of their home stream - often allowing them to return within metres of where they emerged from their egg.
An adult salmon returning to spawn contains roughly 130 grams of nitrogen and 20 grams of phosphorus. These nutrients greatly benefit the ecosystem surrounding salmon-bearing waterways.
Olá amigo parabéns eu sou fã comentarista brasileira é sou admiradora de todas as belezas naturais obrigada por compartilhar conosco ❤️❤️😁😁🇧🇷👍🐟🐟
Cool
Why wouldn’t it just be the flow of the water coming out of rivers. Cause you find some salmon that drain . Can they prove that the exact salmon goes to the exact place where it was born? Not 🤔
Conversely, can we prove that the salmon is really not from the same place where it was born? Not.
I am never eating salmon again. They need to be in our waters and not on our dinner plates.
STONING
only 2 survive out of 4k hahahahahahah
how is that funny lil bro
@@luigiballivianv beacuse they have so many but most don't survive like bru
@@scoopiezzyeah thats why they spawn so much and thats why they aren’t extinct (yet) because its a strategy thats worked enough for them to still be alive today.
