What a shame the tour operator let you down. Next time you might want to do the bookings yourself and plan for one or two nights at those places. Hope things go smoother the next time 😊
Mon voyage, seul, parfait !!!!!!
When I lived there I was the only Brit 🇬🇧 I traveled all over Central Asia had a Uzbek wedding..happy days..it looks the same..now I live in Colombia 🇨🇴
Can you buy tickets from train station on the day and costs please what are they on the day thanks as I’m planning a 12 day visit in Uzbekistan from Tashkent to possibly khiva and back I’ll stop on the way to Samarkand-bhukara & khiva before finally going back to Tashkent
I was in UZ two weeks ago. I had 2 great days in Samarkand but the following 2 days in Bukhara had freezing rain. That's the chance you take visiting in February. As you learned, the high-speed trains fill up fast, so I took care to reserve at least 2 days in advance.
Flew the long way via Asia to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan a few years back. Similar to you, I missed my train from Samarkand 😂. Hope you enjoyed your time In Uzbekistan, unique place fr
My touroperator in Uzbekistan did much better job and I got to spend 2 days in Samarkand and Bukhara each, and this was time well spend. These monuments in these cities require a double visit: guide-accompanied during the day, visiting the annexe musea also. And then a second leasurely walkaround in the early evening to profit from the real enchanted wonderful views and atmosphere. Personally I’m afraid of ‘over organising’ a trip, but underorganising it in a too rapid form with a subpar travel company doesn’t seem to be the ideal solution either.
Usbakestan is rich country or what standard of living of usbakestan people are good or what city n country is over crowded or what please send me reply thanking you
Glad you got to visit Buhara, all the screw ups notwithstanding. And it's a shame the tour operator screwed you over like that. Uzbekistan can potentially become a touism hot spot, but it won't if that's what people will get on arrival. Word of mouth spreads quickly these days on social media, and it won't take too many muck ups to change people's minds about visiting.
You’re much more adventurous than I am. Thanks for taking us along on your journey ❤️✈️
Thanks for watching Diane!
Another superb trip report buddy - you’re much more adventurous than I am I’m ashamed to say! 👍
Thanks for watching! Uzbekistan wasn’t as difficult to get around as you’d expect.

Thanks! I’ll definitely plan it myself next time

I like how you get out of your comfort zone to visit all those different places.
It’s a lot of fun!

Thanks! I had a great time in Uzbekistan.
Great trip report! Really enjoyed it! :D Keep you the great work!
Thank you 🙏
The interior of the coach car is the same as many of the U.S.' Amtrak service along the East Coast. These are very comfortable, relaxing travels.
Great video. Do you remember how much was the train fare? And the plane ticket?
Superb explore video
Thank you
I’m Spanish i had no clue that Uzbekistan had Talgos 130!
Buying Talgo trains were the best decision to be made. Cheers from Uzbekistan. 🇪🇸🇺🇿
Awesome video my friend, hope you have more videos from this place.
Thanks for watching
And it was crazy cold that time. I was also in Uzbekistan at the end of January
🥶
Very nice 👍

Yeah, I loved Uzbekistan and really want to go back to see more of the country.

Thanks for sharing! What month did you travel? I am also planning on visiting Uzbekistan this upcoming winter.
I went in December. It was very cold, but I was practically the only tourist there. Thanks for the comment!
@@nycflyertravel Thanks, yes I'm also planning on December! I love the cold and don't mind no tourists, haha. Thanks again for the great video!
Uzbekistan is the hidden gem from the world, isn't it?
Yeah, it’s an incredible country. I really want to go back.
I had read somewhere the tickets need to be booked 2 months earlier or so as there is rush. It seems you got one from the station in short notice ?
Yes, we’re we’re able to get them the day of travel, but I have heard that they sell out quickly
Hi! Any site on how to book ? Planning to visit by nxt monyh
Anyone know the music track that plays in the beginning?
It’s called Golden Crates by Dusty Decks
@@nycflyertravel thanks man, keep up the great work 🙂
Did you have any problems on normal train you took back to Tashkent? I mean security or similar kind of disturbance
No, it was a nice and easy trip. Only hard part was that I don’t understand the Cyrillic alphabet.
thank you @@nycflyertravel
Is there a way you can go there cheaply and direct?
A ticket per person from UK is like £685.😮
Hilarious like always!
Thank you 😊
