Thank you so much for this video. I wasn't given any post op instructions. I went in for a replacement crown on an old root canal. The tooth came off with the crown. I cried like a baby after they told me they needed to do an extraction. I was hearing words like, implant, bone graft, etc. Then I was told that I could have a missing tooth for 6 weeks. I honestly about fainted. I'm a Clinical Pharmacist and I'm crazy about my dental care. It took an hour and a half to remove the tooth. And 5 hours after my appointment began I left with a titanium screw in my jaw and no post op instructions. So thank you, thank you, thank you, for this video.

Thank you, I just had the all on 4 dental implants put in. They were not counting on keeping me overnight, but did because of some of the risk factors I I was experiencing. They couldn’t get me to stop bleeding, and this in turn caused my potassium to go up beyond the normal level. I have stitches all over on the inside of my mouth. My palate feels like a fishing net, and so do both sides of my tongue. They never told me any of this information that you said in your video. So thank you . I am very Grateful. I’ve never smoked and I’m 65. I ask and ask for a ice pack while in the hospital, they kept saying, we’ll see what we can do. Never did get one. Sorry I didn’t see you first. May you continue to be honest, and thrive at your practice.
Wishing you and your team the best….gratefully Debbie Feighner/Fort Wayne, Indiana.

I had 1 implant done about 4 days ago from the time of posting this comment. The post op pain for me peaked on that same day of surgery. The second day i had just some soreness. But by that third day I had no more pain or discomfort and very little soreness.

Thank you so much for this video!! Had 2 implants yesterday and your video was way more thorough than what my dentist explained. Glad I found your video😊

So you only have two done at one time? Which two were they? I had my Eye teeth done. I only wish I was shown these podcast. I do have to admit they make it (SOUND) so easy.

Protein shakes are a great addition. Is grafting always needed?
