Was so excited to hear and see the new format and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you could incorporate your usual comedy gold with the roasting of players as well it would be the best of both worlds and completely unstoppable!
This format is great. Love the back-and-forth banter. Also, I appreciate Naroditsky's sense of humor and engagement. He was the perfect person for a set-up like this.
Well the absolute normalcy and fluidity of Hambleton and Naroditsky's banter and chatter makes it totally clear that it's Hess who is responsible for 99% of the awkwardness between the two of them when they have to commentate together.
If you want to take the production value of the YT videos to the next level, taking daniel's recording of his voice and editing it into your videos is a lot crisper than using the online voice recording

I definitely definitely prefer the single commentary. The dual is fine for Hikaru and Gotham chess, but honestly what makes these sub battles so exciting is amans commentary with the sarcasm and sneering jibes. That just isn't there here, it's more of a informal interaction between two dudes, especially considering that Daniel is a nice dude, but just can't commentate like aman. I was watching a sub battle with Profek10 the other day, and it was HILARIOUS.

This format is a good addition to the format repertoire.
I know it was unexpected, but if you plan on doing this again in the future, being able to see Daniel's webcam would be nice.

Mixed feelings. Having Danya is amazing and much better than Aman solo but with many other streamers wouldn't be the case.
