Just re-watched the scene. It's the continuity. In the shot he was removed from, the previous shots in the sequence would have him *standing* almost behind the camera off to the frame-right. So him suddenly *crouching* in the background would make no sense.
I think he is waiting for his scene. Every frame hasn't to shot according to sequence, sometimes they shoot according to what the production schedule needs to shoot first. So probably him waiting there is not a foreseen framing, so the directors probably let him stay there while waiting for his scene.
My best guess is because of the way it comes on and off. They could do it in between shots but then the difference would be extremely noticeable. Again, just my thoughts.
what about homecoming he filled with cartoony cgi and infinity war again full cgi mcu does not know how to make a real physical suits like topey ad andrew garfield
FIVE SALEM they have a physical suit for the Civil War and homecoming suit but sometimes they use cgi(or most of the time), except the iron spider which is totally cgi.
They CGI'd Iron-Man for obvious reasons. Spiderman probably because Tom was wearing a mo-cap suit. They only CGI'd Doctor Stranges cape, if you look closely at the breakdown. Since his cape has to flutter and float. Star Lord wasn't CGI'd.
Seriously though why was ebony maw entirely cgi? Isn't easier for them to use sfx makeup and put a silicone mask on the actor then needlessly making everything cgi fucking disney man
