  • I want to talk to you about the habits of a conscious leader and how self-awareness, truthfulness, transparency, kindness, and compassion are key to becoming a transformational leader.
I'll be sharing a personal story of how I coached one of my team members into becoming a better leader by modeling more inclusive behavior and holding him accountable for the same. I'll also be urging you to regularly assess your own competencies and performance, speak truthfully and transparently but edit strategically. I’ll speak to how you can demonstrate kindness and compassion starting with yourself, always be willing to learn more about yourself, and show your team that you care by wanting to earn their trust and support their growth.
I believe that by taking these steps, you can become a conscious leader that inspires organizational transformation. As a bonus, I'm also offering a Career Mapping Workbook to help you uncover your unique competencies and design your own career map. So if you're ready to take the first step towards becoming a conscious leader, then watch this video..
Let's embark on this incredible journey together!

This video was suggested to us by our instructor and after watching I immediately subscribed! Now I am going to look up your other videos and share your content with my own leadership team. As a CNO I am invested in learning authentic leadership and understanding how to implement transformative processes and culture in my own team. This video is an excellent start. You give real world examples that take it out of theory and put it into tangible motions and scenarios that make sense. I can connect with this! Thank you for the excellent content.

Ginny, leaders these days want to look good.. they don't care about their teams.. they also like it when their team members help them look good. They are busy wanting to highlight themselves and only the members that also have similar mindset of seeking attention. It's so against some of our values.

With all do respect, you seem very unconscious to me personally. You are pretty much bragging that you are getting all the things right but didn’t seem to step back and tell stories about when you were inexperienced yourself and made all the mistakes.
