I believed in Mingda these years..they had moved from the business market to the home market...then these months they abandoned the users and went back to focusing everything on the business with the MD models... The magicians have been abandoned and today, given their slow speed, they are not competitive and it is a brand that no longer attracts anyone..this was also given by the choice not to disclose their firmware, so it was not possible to klipplerize them...even in this video they discard the magicians, they are only hinted at...very disappointed
Hello Federico, we understand your frustration and appreciate you voicing your opinion, GL Robotics is trying to ensure that the consumers are still taken care of and we are more than willing to help with warranty claims and other issues. We are also working very hard to get Mingda to shift some of their focus back to the consumer side as that is where most of their following is, slowly we are getting there and received word today that the first batch of Mingda S series printers is complete so we are making head way there. Keep in mind that everything in your comment about speed and everything with these printers is fixed with the new series and in our testing it has been a great machine. We are looking forward to helping the consumers moving forward.
