Jebus, the large coin in the jewelry box is a navy challenge coin. Some are made of 14kt gold. You need to do some research on it to be for sure. If it's not, it's still very collectible military.
Stay calm Jebus. You can't always find a full box of hangers, but at least you found a few with a new band around them so Amber gets something out of the unit. LOL, great finds on the video games, and thank you for donating the school supplies. There are so many schools around with high indigent children or kids from families in financial hardship in the classroom that can't afford a pencil or anything else.

Awesome finds in this little gem of a unit! Not sure you would want to try this, but those wigs could be worth big money. I know some folks take them to beauty shops and see if they would want to buy them. Wigs are not cheap. If you could get in with one shop and just work with them for all the wigs you find, it could be very profitable. Just something I seen before. So nice to see new content again!

Those school supplies could make great Christmas presents
There's a church in our town that has an event called Christmas in July.. you take your kids to, the have inflatables,hot dogs,and every kid gets a backpack with supplies inside, while the kids play moms or dads whoever can go through the clothes and shoes for their kids. It's awesome.

The "comic type books" you found are graphic novels. Don't discount graphic novels. They're a collection of comic books together in one book. Some that go out of print, or were printed in low numbers, go for some money. The Joker one you found specifically is about a $20 bill. I've bought some in thrift stores for $1 that sell for $100+
