As someone who is lucky enough to have had the experience of having him as a director, I can say this shows the pure passion and care that is put into his work. One of the most notable activities he had us do, was to split everyone into two groups, and made us explain why our group was better than the other. This led so fast into conflict, him demonstrating how easy it is to be manipulated into hatred. He's one of the best teachers I've ever had, and I have learnt a lot from him.
