I just wish that they cast an actual trans woman to play post-transition Kuina, but I still love her character. I love seeing trans representation in media

What I love about Kuina is that her character doesn't feel forced at all. Usually in most movies or series when they try to add a trans char it doesn't feel natural, like they're only doing it for the quota... Not here, she absolutely slays!
I've only watched a few episodes from season 2 and I'm so impressed! They don't stigmatize the Trans character at all, she's presented just as sympathetically as anyone else without stigma. Love that

the 2 actors did an incredible job. i enjoyed kuinas rols smand as a trans prson it was nice to see recognition and i loved last boss's reaction when she came out. i loved how they didnt make it everything about her personality like shes know as the trans character, shes known as kuina not that trans side character. i loved everthing about her and the 2 actors looked so similar. loved how she was played it was basically perfect compared to the manga version of her. great show
