I would have loved a spin off Usagi show from the 2003 TMNT series. Would be great to see one spun off from the Nick TMNT show too even though I prefer the 2003 version.

Bucky O'hare was cancelled because of a screw up with the toy line. For some reason they packed too many of the toad general figures and they ended up sitting on shelves and ruining toy sales. So due to poor toy sales the show was not renewed for a second season.
You're disappointed it took so long for them to cast a Japanese person to play Usagi? I'm still mad that they can't get an actual rabbit to play him! Check your species privilege.
Usagi was cool in the new mini series but they tried too hard to make him better than the tmnt. Tmnt are ninja, they wouldn't get hit by some arrows and need a samurai to save them. And most of all Usagi doesn't need to be powered up by making the tmnt weak, he is a total badass. But it was stil good over all.

I started to buy a few Usagi comics. Pretty good, the style is to be decided but the stories knows clearly what they want to be. From issue to issue the tone is mostly clear when it´s lighthearted, when it´s grim and dark. I might collect more.
I really hope that Usagi gets his own series. I can definitely imagine it airing on Nickelodeon. As for the whole space and future thing, maybe that should just be like a special episode or something. The rest of the series can take place in Usagi's time period, where he originally came from. It would be kind of cool if they brought in some other Usagi comic book characters, and the few who were in the Space Usagi pilot episode. That would be amazing.
Hate to break it to you but the Nickelodeon TMNT is getting the Korra treatment. Its getting moved to Nicktoons for its last 10 episodes and is now being aired OUT OF ORDER! Seriously. Nick does this from time to time. But for a serialized show it doesn't work. When Nick got power rangers somebody decided to show the third episode first. Nick does it a lot with Spongebob the fairly odd parents. Moving it to Nicktoons is instant sabotage. Nick has done that a lot. Korra, My life as a teenage robot, harvey beaks. The list goes on.

I'd love to see you cover ReBoot and how season 4 ended on a cliffhanger never to be resolved. There is a reboot of ReBoot coming out next year so may be a good time then to cover it.

That's why a lot of people liked it ^^ Today Bucky O'Hare has a bit of a cult status thus why people want to see it get a proper treatment. Maybe remove the human kid or at least make it have more sense.
Willy DeWitt is supposed to be the reference character. The others have to explain things to him that the audience needs to know because he's from our dimension. In the comic he doesn't go back and forth between our reality and the "Aniverse" but gets trapped there. Pull him out and the exposition turns clunky.
damn, I need to catch up the more recent TMNT animated series as I always loved Usagi Miyomoto as a character (wish I had read his comics) on the TMNT.

Sad but it had it's run before the turtles felt like they were old and needed to end as just look at the series from the 80's and you'll see.
