I feel like Doug Walker's crew (Malcolm, Tamara, Walter, etc) has fallen victim to the same problem ERod pointed out with the cast: they're fine actors, but they are literally given nothing to work with.
while watching the final episode with my family, something happened that made it marginally more amusing. In the scene where Black Bolt has just exited the building after locking Maximus in the bunker, he turns to look at the building entrance, his eyes drift shut, his lips part, his head begins to tilt back as he takes a deep breath...and then my dad lets out a fart. and then when I turned back to look at the screen, the building collapsed.
Why? Nobody cares about inhumans. Marvel only tried them as a replacement for X-Men since they didn’t have rights to them but now Disney bought Fox so can use all the X-Men starting next year.
Sara Samaletdin Marvel has shown in the past that an obscure property can become really great with the right writers. The Inhumans werent given a fair chance by being a TV show and given what's probably the MCUs worst director. And even then like Erod said they work better as Side characters so maybe they should be introduced in a Miss Marvel (Kamala Khan) movie or something.

Feige made a motto on having any character be treated as A tier, wich means the heavy burden off handling obscure chars or IPS and give them a new life. The problem, is that Perlmutter did things with spite instead off having a pla nor even care, and doing thigns out off spite rarely work well. Feige knew that forcing the characters was a bad idea and he cancelled the plan knowing that if he didn't have the will, it would had been pointless, wich came to pass once the show was made. Heh even the Eternals, chars who i feel people had no idea and were very obscure and yet even with movie flaws i still felt a genuien spark on the plan, says a lot.
Here's a clue. If you have to completely nerf a primary character because her powers are too hard to CGI, YOU DON'T MAKE THAT SHOW!!! Her name is MEDUSA, for Christ's Sake!!! While it might make logical sense for the bad guys to cut off her hair, she's not any more powerful than the others and it's arguable Crystal is more powerful and Black Bolt definitely is.

The MoS neck snap would've been fine in that movie's universe if it hadn't tried to mourn it, as Superman had no established character, morals, concern for others, etc. The "shock" of it was unearned and meaningless

The best part of this series is Black Bolt, no doubt. For the most part, they make him a very complex character, which can't be an easy thing when your character is a mute.
I liked this series, I think marvel should have bit the bullet and make the movie, that would have fixed most of the shows pacing problems and lead to the budget a movie like this need. I don't know if I would rewatch in anytime soon, well maybe the ending I liked the set up I was building up. I don't think this series was as bad as people are making it out to be, to me the choices made make sense.
I have to ask you mentioned a few times "Hey why aren't they doing this like in the comics" but then at other parts you go "that is stupid" even though they do play a part in the comics. I understand that this also does apply to the show as well but this is a 2 way street.
Personally speaking; to a degree, I think Marvel Animation handles their properties better than the film studios do. I mean; look at classics like the 90's Spider-Man, Avengers EMH, Spectacular Spider man and the latest Spider-Man show on Disney XD now. I strongly prefer the EMH version of Asgard over the cinematic universe's. Because they treat the Asgardians more like gods, not ALIENS

Yeah, nope. The 'convenient stuff for budgetary reasons' point is valid. And i would have to rewatch the series to be sure about the 'knew about the plan'-thing. Knew something in advance, thus setup some contact on earth, yeah. Was aware of everything (including what would happen to gorgon and medusa), seriously doubt that one. The rest is just complete bullshit. The 'romantic subplots'weren't completely pointless. (though one was clearly better than the other) Karnak's ability to get along with someone he doesn't feel a 'family-bond-duty' to protect, is literally half of his character-arc. Directly contrasting the 'i know how this will end, badly. so we aren't even going to try' part of his introduction. I mean, it might not be as well executed as 'that's my secret, i'm always angry', (though that 'twist/development' was the literal last scene of the preceding film), but completely pointless? no.(the other one is the 'do you think yourself better than them? Why yes. Then you miss the truth of ruling brother, the throne would suit you ill.' exchange btw.) As for the 'blows apart a *bunker* by speaking 2 words is not an accurate representation of his power, a disapointing final fist-fight and maximus who wants to rule (preferably) earth and blackbolt who wants to keep his people safe (preferably) on the moon, end up choosing the opposite of what they claim they wanted' - a whisper in his sleep would kill his wife a breath wreaks a car - a shout can blow up a planet. - a simple spoken word damages a fortified structure...... seems to match the scale as far as i can see. a fistfight between brains and brawn.... yeah that would be pretty one-sided. So? (That's excluding the whole 'maximus actually won the previous round' thing) the final choice, directly contradicts their objectives: 1: not a choice 2: no it doesn't contradict
Honestly there are some cool ideas in there. I like the royalty with superpowers aspect, the secret moon community, the unfair caste system, the royal brother who is only saved from slavery by his title, the giant teleporting dog! But they really went at the story all wrong. There should have been backstory provided, and an audience surrogate would have been so easy to do with the random Inhumans on Earth. Hell, use one of the side character Inhumans from AOS, so the people who watch that already have a bond. Have Maximus befriend them and appear to be a hero at first, wanting to help the people like him, but be revealed to be self loathing and desperate to gain powers no matter who he hurts. Have Black Bolt as an imposing, seemingly villainous character who appears to be the villain, but does the right thing in the end. It's not that hard.

They are race of evolved humans who have always lived apart in a city called Atilan which has always been hidden and been relocate several times of the centuries as normal humans encroached. It was indeed in the Himalayas when the were introduced, but was eventually moved to the Blue Area of Earth's moon, which is an area where an Earth-like environment was created millenia ago by aliens and is where Uatu lives(d). They were pretty much a fairly generic secret super advanced monarchy like Atlantis or Wakanda. Standard superhero stuff mixed with various invasions and battles over a throne peppered its history. The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Inhumans are an offshoot that apparently got created when some became separated from the main body and intermarried with humans. They were created because Marvel needed a mutant substitute and suddenly in the comics there were Inhumans all over the place and not just on the moon. Also, suddenly the Royal Family was OK with unrestricted Terrigenesis when previously it had been highly controlled due to the potential horrific side effects. This got to the point where they were willing to keep a cloud toxic to mutants in Earth's atmosphere when they'd never shown interest in activating Inhumans on Earth before.
AddMan They should have just had B.B. in Infinity War as a means of introducing him and the royal family with an actually decent costume that’s not cheap and him being able to do more than just use his voice .

This show should have gotten at least 10 million more for budget not to be a complete embarrassment. Plot is one thing since not everyone watches all these shows but everyone who even glances this can tell it’s terrible.
ERdd, listen to me. I know you hate Scott Buck and Zack Snyder, but you've got to learn to get over it when either of them releases a crappy film. I don't like their work, either, but I learned to live with the fact that no one can really recreate anything Paul Dini, Bruce Timm or the creator of Iron Fist did before. Like Mark Hamill said, they're just movies, T.V. shows and comics. Again, no one can recapture that same magic from before, and you shouldn't go into any of these movies or comics or T.V. shows expecting to have the same experience. Even if they're bad, they're not worth obsessing, or filming scenes of you blowing up somebody's summer house and a studio. I'm not saying you shouldn't forget about the great experiences you had, I'm just saying you need to move on. Besides, there's more to life than just these properties. There's family, friends and other loved ones. If you've got a good life and a loving family, then stuff like this shouldn't bother you at all. Please, move on.
Yoga Hosers is SOOOOOO unbearably bad. I never saw a movie that I hated that much . . . everything in it was unwatchable. The Fan Without a Face Punisher barely came out and in my opinion it's a million times better than this show ever was. I have to put punisher up there with daredevil as the best marvel shows Netflix has to offer
Cruizer Brony Superman is not a killer. He should have sent Zod back to the Phantom Zone instead like he did in the Donner Cut I saw which is apparently not the same Donner cut E-rod has seen.
Two other reviewers saying Superman killing someone is okay doesn't make it true. Man of Steel was a godawful movie that gets worse with every rewatch, and that murder scene is the icing on the shit sundae.

I'll admit this was a tough show to sit through at times, but the season/series finale was pretty enjoyable though.

ERdd, listen to me. I know you hate Scott Buck and Zack Snyder, but you've got to learn to get over it when either of them releases a crappy film. I don't like their work, either, but I learned to live with the fact that no one can really recreate anything Paul Dini, Bruce Timm or the creator of Iron Fist did before. Like Mark Hamill said, they're just movies, T.V. shows and comics. Again, no one can recapture that same magic from before, and you shouldn't go into any of these movies or comics or T.V. shows expecting to have the same experience. Even if they're bad, they're not worth obsessing, or filming scenes of you blowing up somebody's summer house and a studio. I'm not saying you shouldn't forget about the great experiences you had, I'm just saying you need to move on. Besides, there's more to life than just these properties. There's family, friends and other loved ones. If you've got a good life and a loving family, then stuff like this shouldn't bother you at all. Please, move on.

What? Six episodes. Is that it? Okay wow, if the episode had great production value then maybe but this looks way to bad to be called a mini-serie worth it´s cost for Imax. Episodes of Arrow and The Flash whould look better on the big screen then what you have shown me here. Is that something Erod skipped that actually looks good in this? Happy they did´t do this with Black Panther or anything. Luckly I don´t really care about the Inhumans so this dose´t bother me. It´st just to bad.

Disney Plus will put this trash series everyone hated on their service but not Cloak and Dagger, a good show! and no they didn’t even use the IMAX print for the Disney+ transfer because their version of the show is HD only, IMAX transfer would’ve come out to 4K UHD

Cruizer Brony Superman is not a killer. He should have sent Zod back to the Phantom Zone instead like he did in the Donner Cut I saw which is apparently not the same Donner cut E-rod has seen.

Two other reviewers saying Superman killing someone is okay doesn't make it true. Man of Steel was a godawful movie that gets worse with every rewatch, and that murder scene is the icing on the shit sundae.
