PLEASE NOTE. LOMO have now reviewed their shipping arrangements for delivery to the United States and Canada, and can now offer better rates! please see their website or contact LOMO for details.
Thanks Stuart, informative as usual. I have soft 'throw-over' bags of a different make, but always attach them to my T120 with cable-ties, I only need two per side. There's no chance of getting loose strap-ends becoming wrapped up in your back wheel and they are far more secure than the supplied straps. True; I need to take a fresh supply of cable-ties on my travels and some snips but it's well worth it. In any case when stopping over at night I take the internal bags out of the throw-overs and leave the throw-overs attached to the bike.
Great review as always. I took a ride through the Dales today with a Lomo 30L drybag backpack strapped to the seat and their leg holster strapped to me. They're both brilliant products and I've you to thank for the recommendations! Will definitely pick up some of these panniers for our camping trip.
I'm late to this video, but I'd just like to say that the Lomo bags are absolutely brilliant and I thoroughly recommend them to fellow bikers - no more wet/damp gear at the end of your ride and your touring pillion will thank you for that too. ;-) Keep up the great work Stuart.
Thanks for the review of these bags. At that price and given how pleased I have been with their dry bags and leg holster, I can't resist trying these out for myself.
After watching some of your previous Lomo reviews I purchased a pair of the 15ltr Drybags to mount on top of my panniers.... I must say everything you said was spot on. Superb quality, Not too big & not too small, Excellent value and Amazing service - Arrived by courier, Super quick. I already have Kawasaki Hard Panniers and just wanted a little extra capacity for those holiday jaunts with the 'Good Lady' in my life. Another extra 30 Ltrs is perfect for us on top of what we already have. Brilliant pieces of kit made by a company that care about quality without ripping you off. Thanks for sharing such fab reviews 'cos I wouldn't have considered these without them. Incidentally If I didn't have the Hard Luggage Quick release system on my Versys I would definitely have a set of these Pannier bags - a steal at £50 quid.
Great video Stuart, we have some SW Motech panniers which look great on the Bonnie but are a bit small for 2 up camping. At 30 litres each these would give us more capacity and at £50 are a bargain !
Another superb, and well done review Stuart! I’m currently awaiting a long backlog wait for pannier rails and for waxed cotton Triumph pannier bags for my 2018 Speedmaster. Lomo looks like fantastic products. Two thumbs up 👍👍
Really enjoyed the video thanks for sharing,I payed a fortune for Givi soft panniers and they had built in waterproof covers they let me down big time last year on a European tour and even scratch the bike ,sold them as soon as I got back I now have the same as you but haven’t tried them out yet , found this video really helpful,ps love the t120 looks great in black ,stay safe mate 👍
Thanks for a great review Stu. You just saved me £20!. Saw a pair of guaranteed waterproof panniers advertised by an Australian company on eBay. Similar capacity. But I know, like and trust lomo products so will be ordering a pair of these this weekend. Cheers!
Well done Stuart, excellent review. I'll buy a pair later today - I bought the larger Lomo bag you recently reviewed and it's great quality so I better get these panniers before the price goes up!
Perfect review, thank you. It's always joke when you buy a motorcycle luggage and first page of the manual says: "Buy this waterproof cover, you silly".
Stuart, many thanks. I had been looking for a tank bag and the waterproof one, just received from Lomo, is quite definitely waterproof! As you say, good value too. Cheers!
Hello Stuart, I'm a new t120 owner and have subscribed and viewed many of your excellent reviews. On the strength of this Lomo review I have bought the panniers and will be using them for touring.I have also fitted the Dart Pirranah flyscreen and will post a comment there.
A little while ago you did a video on getting rid of the blue tinge (in my case rose gold) on the header pipes. You Sir are a Genius! I used Autosol being that my Street Twin has the brushed finish, as you recommended. It came up a treat about 15min aside, having 1700km and a little over 2 months ownership. Like I said Genius thank you so much🙏
FINALLY : a serious company has shown everyone that it is possible to make soft bags (for MotorBikes) a correct price - I love British pragmatism !!! Great JOB LOMO , thank you very much ★☆★☆✮ Ciao😀ciao Stuart!
hello stuart great to see lomo getting the recognition thay deserve i brought a 40 lt roll dry bag about 3/4years ago for my bike and its never let me down . i am now looking at there tank bag that u reviewed . keep the reviews comming .yours gordon
Excellent idea and price, my only concern is because they aren't of a rigid construction is how they sit on the bike when not fully loaded and expanded.
Recently ordered the crashbar bags and i'm thinking about these or the 13ltr panniers for the off road trips... or both. With the prices i can take the 13ltr for off road weekends and the 30ltr for longer trips with off road sections. for daily use and mostly paved trips the aluminium cases are more practical.
Hi Stuart just ordered a set on the strength of this video for my Bonnie Speedmaster, standard panniers are useless for 2 up touring. Just noticed your end cans on your T120, look fantastic, what make are they?
Great review Stuart. I considered ordering these but they seem to end up blocking the passenger pegs. Have you tested if it's possible to move them further back and make room for a pillion rider?
I've reached out to my Soviet Steeds bretheren to see if they know of anything. i might have to have custom ones made or maybe buy a used Bonnie set and have someone modify them for me.
really! im surprised there are none around! almost bought one years ago when they were marketed in the UK by Neval, think they called them Cossacks at the time. nice looking bike in my opinion!
Because the market is so small for Urals, there are not a lot of 3rd-party accessories makers like Motone, Dime City or Low Brow customs. I made my own saddlebag frame from a new BBQ replacement adjustable grill top. I bolted it on using two existing frame bolts and then took a nice vintage looking leather bag and mounted a hard piece of masonite inside of it and then bolted it together on the BBQ plate. Looks great and there is plenty of clearance to the shock, but if I need to change my rear tire the plate covers so much of the tire. I would have to really jack up the rear of the bike or take the whole plate off. These bags looks so nice and it would give me storage on both side. I'm currently only running one bad on my left.
FIFTY QUID FOR THE TWO ??? I thought you were going to say £75 each. Lomo appear to have got EVERYTHING right and i would definitely buy them. I must have said it before, but i must say, that is one lovely looking bike!
Very nice review, interesting. I have saddle bags for my HD but I can't get a helmet into them. I wondered if LOMO does an option of a waterproof bag large enough to take a helmet and can strap to the rear of my sissy bar which has a luggage rack. I purchased the LOMO leg bag after seeing your review. Everything you said it would be so cheers for that
Hi Stuart. Which Lomo style panniers do you prefer? These or the large ones with the webbing on the back? I have a Himalayan that I'm looking to outfit. Cheers! 🍻
All PVC dry bags are waterproof. I have never had problems with water getting into my luggage. I don't like over the seat fitments. And an overall unbelievable fiddle. Good value, I suppose. Have you given up with the Triumph luggage?
Another informative video Stuart, I can’t believe the price is only £50 a pair but there again all Lomo gear is priced right. Would like to see them matched with the tank bag you did awhile ago. Cheers
Doesn't suit the bike for me, waxed cotton or leather more in keeping though the Lomo seems much more sensible. Have you had a chance to look at the Oxford Heritage range? Doesn't seem to be any on yt in case they are donating stuff for reviews :)
Hello Stuart, great vlogs, photography and content top notch. I was looking back through your older vlogs and I see that you owned GS. What made you buy the Triumph? Do you still have the GS? I’m looking for a new bike but can’t decide what genre to focus on! I’m not sure if I’d get enough long haul trips in to justify a GS. I really like the old school triumphs. Be interested in your thoughts. Cheers Paul
You've hit the nail on the head Paul! a GS was too focussed on adventure touring, great for that purpose but not practical for anything else. the bonnie is a good allrounder, and looks oh so much nicer!
Great video. Do you recommend some specific panier support? I own some legend gear sw motech side bags but without the protection they rub against the suspension and are all damaged now. SW charges 140€ for the panier support pair which I found a bit excessive.
Great video again, I was waiting to see the rail you were using, I guess that will fit the T100 as well. Found out TEC bike parts also have some rails coming out this August. Is the Lomo logo an option, because here in Spain riding with that on the side ....well it would be funny for some 😁🏴👍
Stuart I have ordered these panniers for traveling. Would like to possibly keep them on the bike though for everyday use. Am guessing there is no inside liner that maintains any shape to them empty. Any ideas or thoughts? Steve
Hi Stuart, new to your channel - really enjoying your vids! New Bonnie owner and basically live my life according to your gospel already. Anyway, these Lomo bags, would the main support strap go underneath the seat? I ask as I plan to tour with a pillion. Cheers!
Hello Stuart! I have a Bonneville T120 and the same pannier rails. Can you comment if the 'adventure pannier bags' by Lomo ( the one you've reviewed with Royal enfield) are compatible with the Motone pannier rails.
Shipping to the US costs more than the bags themselves. LOMO needs a North American distributor. I wanted to buy this, but at £99 it’s less of a bargain.
Hi There, we just noticed your comment and have now reviewed our US & Canada shipping costs with our carrier. We've got better rates now which are a bit lower now than before and are now live on our website.
I bought some of these when you mentioned them in a previous video, glad you agree with how good they are. Are you thinking about securing them with something like a kreiga lock strap for added security?
Hi Lee, Im not sure to be honest, I never stray far from my bike on a trip, but might look in to them. glad you like them too sir, thanks for watching!
I know its a 3yr old vid but was enjoying the product review until yiu confirmed that LOMO just provided straps to fix to the frame. Why couldn't they provide a total solution rather than just provide bags and straps
Hi Stuart, love your videos, really informative and bang on. I was wondering if you’ve tested the 30ltr bag on the interceptor? (I know you’ve attached the 13ltr one) I’m afraid since the exhaust gets really hot
Love your reviews! These bags seem very interesting. Is it possible to ride with a passenger for long distance with these bags on a T120 (footpegs / passenger space) ?
Hi Peter, I was wondering the same and try to find a way of fitting them allowing foots space for my girlfriend. Did you find a suitable solution? Thanks
PLEASE NOTE. LOMO have now reviewed their shipping arrangements for delivery to the United States and Canada, and can now offer better rates! please see their website or contact LOMO for details.
Wonderful news! Would love to have a pair of LOMO bags. Is the shipping still more than the bags cost?
Thanks Stuart, informative as usual. I have soft 'throw-over' bags of a different make, but always attach them to my T120 with cable-ties, I only need two per side. There's no chance of getting loose strap-ends becoming wrapped up in your back wheel and they are far more secure than the supplied straps. True; I need to take a fresh supply of cable-ties on my travels and some snips but it's well worth it. In any case when stopping over at night I take the internal bags out of the throw-overs and leave the throw-overs attached to the bike.
Ah! your a genius! I knew there would be a simpler way of attaching them, why didn't I think of that!
Great review as always. I took a ride through the Dales today with a Lomo 30L drybag backpack strapped to the seat and their leg holster strapped to me. They're both brilliant products and I've you to thank for the recommendations! Will definitely pick up some of these panniers for our camping trip.

Thank you Don!
Finally put these on the bike today. I opted for using bungees in the end. The straps are so fiddly! Thanks again Stuart!

Your very welcome Malcolm thanks for watching sir!
Excellent review Stuart. I'll definitely be getting these for my camping forays!
Great review, Stuart. The luggage answer everyone has been waiting for - for the price of a rucksack!
PlysovejKaktus i agree sir!

Ah thank you Phil, so glad it worked out for you!
Looks like a very useful product for a great price; no wonder it shouldn't exist.
My thoughts exactly mr Rider, it is quite unique!
FINALLY : a serious company has shown everyone that it is possible to make soft bags (for MotorBikes) a correct price - I love British pragmatism !!! Great JOB LOMO , thank you very much ★☆★☆✮ Ciao😀ciao Stuart!
Great video, Can I use theese on a triumph Bobber whithout buying anything else to the bobber
hello stuart great to see lomo getting the recognition thay deserve i brought a 40 lt roll dry bag about 3/4years ago for my bike and its never let me down . i am now looking at there tank bag that u reviewed . keep the reviews comming .yours gordon
Excellent idea and price, my only concern is because they aren't of a rigid construction is how they sit on the bike when not fully loaded and expanded.
These are expedition panniers! ordinarily you would remove them when not in use. They are not designed to be decorative.
What I am getting at is what are they like to use when only partially full.
yughiii as they are roll top i would imagine they will still keep their shape but will appear smaller
very good drone handling. Bags great too
LOL thanks mr B'Stard!
I bought a set(including the big holdall) for my tiger I’ve never taken them off and never had anything get even damp!
Excellent drone photography, Stuart!
Thank you Scott!
Thanks for the video Stewart. Starting to really enjoy your drone shots which make for a very professional production.
Had these bags for Christmas, fit well going on a tour or two later this year, great video Stuart🥳
Thanks Dave, glad you like them.
Hi Stuart just ordered a set on the strength of this video for my Bonnie Speedmaster, standard panniers are useless for 2 up touring.
Just noticed your end cans on your T120, look fantastic, what make are they?
What Burly Bag set do I need for 2018 T120
In the brown . Do you still like them . Thanks
Exellently done Stuart - as usual, i guess - but thank you, that one was just what i was looking for. So i ordered a set:-)
Great review Stuart. I considered ordering these but they seem to end up blocking the passenger pegs. Have you tested if it's possible to move them further back and make room for a pillion rider?
GReat video - thorough look at the panniers and I love the background music.
Thank you Proff! and thanks for watching sir!
Love these bags. i gotta find a luggage rail system for my 06 Ural Tourist to keep the bags off of the shocks.
Im sure there will be something available somewhere!
I've reached out to my Soviet Steeds bretheren to see if they know of anything. i might have to have custom ones made or maybe buy a used Bonnie set and have someone modify them for me.

Thanks Steven!
Cracking Review as usual Stuart... reet I'm off to get a pair ordered :)
I dont reckon they will be around for long once people find out about them Ben!
Outstandingly useful video!
They look great, don't suppose you have tried fitting them to your interceptor?? Keen to get them but unsure if the exhaust will get in the way!
Would these fit on a Triumph Bobber with pannier rails?
What is really baffling is that, even getting it shipped here to the US for ~60$ dollars, it is STILL cheaper than everything I've looked at.
The price is exceptional, I dont know how LOMO do it!
Very nice review, interesting. I have saddle bags for my HD but I can't get a helmet into them. I wondered if LOMO does an option of a waterproof bag large enough to take a helmet and can strap to the rear of my sissy bar which has a luggage rack. Hi Stuart, bags look great though I would like to find a slick way to mount and de-mount the bags. Does anyone use climbing type fixings?
Great video Stuart, these panniers are a bargain....
Hi Stuart. Which Lomo style panniers do you prefer? These or the large ones with the webbing on the back? I have a Himalayan that I'm looking to outfit. Cheers! 🍻
Very interesting! Well done! Love the drone camera work! :-)
Thank you very much captain, I appreciate your view sir!
I have a set on order.....totally agree with this review.
Thanks so much- was just about to purchase waxed un waterproofed but very ornamental cotton at silly money price ! Off to Lomo...
Where do you find all that great music? I really dig it.
All PVC dry bags are waterproof. I have never had problems with water getting into my luggage.
I don't like over the seat fitments. And an overall unbelievable fiddle. Good value, I suppose.
Have you given up with the Triumph luggage?
Yes I use the Triumph bags as doorstops in my office now!
All they're fit for. A total rip-off, as I'm sure you agree.
absolutely!
Another informative video Stuart, I can’t believe the price is only £50 a pair but there again all Lomo gear is priced right.
Would like to see them matched with the tank bag you did awhile ago. Cheers
Yes they would make a great comination Doug!
Doesn't suit the bike for me, waxed cotton or leather more in keeping though the Lomo seems much more sensible. Have you had a chance to look at the Oxford Heritage range? Doesn't seem to be any on yt in case they are donating stuff for reviews :)
Stuart can i sk where you purchased the grab rail on this video, thxs.
motone customs i believe
Very interesting review! Love these bags but look like the foot pegs for passenger have been occupied?
No it can be adjusted back a little further!
Hieu Truong Le, no problems for the pillions feet.
Have you seen the new luggage from Knox, I think that would suit the Triumph modern classics.
Hi Tony, Ive had a look at their website and all I can find are some back packs! am I missing something?
I've had lomo stuff before and found them great 😉 I'm struggling to find a rack for my 21 plate mt09 that would fit for these 👀
Sound like good bags to me. I might have a look at those - thanks.

Yes they are!
@@stuartfillingham Thank you!
They look quality & a bargain too! 👍🏻
Great review! Thank you!
Your welcome, thanks for watching!
Thanks for the vids, as a result just bought their magnetic tank bag and a pair of crash guard bags for the front! Entirely your fault 🤣
Shipping to the US costs more than the bags themselves. LOMO needs a North American distributor.

Have you considered Moving?
Hi There, we just noticed your comment and have now reviewed our US & Canada shipping costs with our carrier. We've got better rates now which are a bit lower now than before and are now live on our website.
stuart fillingham ha! No chance. California is the natural habitat for motorcycles, I wouldn’t trade it for the world!
Lomo Watersport awesome I will check it out!
did the revised shipping charges work out any better for you?
Great photography!
I bought some of these when you mentioned them in a previous video, glad you agree with how good they are. Are you thinking about securing them with something like a kreiga lock strap for added security?
Hi Lee, Im not sure to be honest, I never stray far from my bike on a trip, but might look in to them. glad you like them too sir, thanks for watching!
sweet. gonna buy these and throw em on my klr650. cheers bruv.

Love your reviews! These bags seem very interesting. Is it possible to ride with a passenger for long distance with these bags on a T120 (footpegs / passenger space) ?
yes no problem at all Peter!
Hi Peter, I was wondering the same and try to find a way of fitting them allowing foots space for my girlfriend. Did you find a suitable solution? Thanks
got get me a set of those ve get for camping
Will they work on an RE Interceptor 650?
I’d be interested in knowing as well! I saw Stuart’s video on the 15L bags fitting the int 650 and would love if these fit the 650 as well
Great looking on top of everything else (the bags, I mean). :))
LOL thanks mr Thrush!
Great review Stuart .. almost too good to be true at that price .. look the business as well , will seriously consider these 👍
Stick a pair on my classic 500 me thinks
Ugh, that huge LOMO logo is an eye-sore. Video on point as usual.
Top quality film, very well done indeed! Maybe you have a history in the filmbusiness? :-)
nice of you to say so John. but no film making history in the business just a hobby!
It often starts like a hobby! ;-) (Often is also a Scandinavian word!)
Mantabbbb...teruskan karyamu
A bargain
