Dear sir We have the problem VRDY OFF (401). Initially there was fan issue and it was stuck up then manually moved it is running now but some times it is stopping during restart. Now the problem is while removing Battery is disconnected hence reference where lost. It is 20 T control. After energency release, it is showing VRDY OFF and trying for reference it shows impossible. This was happened after One month shut down. Please suggest to rectify the issue
Few queries : 1. Machine make and application 2. Problem comes in all axis or only in some particular axis. 3. have you tried to replace the FAN. 4. if fan not available our team can support on same.
yes, But if ESP got short that it will also go bypassed. But if it is DCS then you will have Dual check safety alarm not 401 will not come in that case.
