FANUC PLC and CNC Tutorials can you help me in ladder of fanuc OT -C . i need only fanuc ladder of OT which is OE1& OE2 ladder eproms . i have eproms and eprom writter but need only logic can make 1 logic for me only for fanuc testing bench .olnly i need in logic is take signals of feed Forward and reverse of x,y,&z and cycle start and stop. i dont wont to use stand fanuc OT MOP i need own made MOP. can you help me in this process. i have fanuc FAPT ladder software too were we can write logic of OT only.
Hi! Please help me with a info! I had a crush turret. It was giving me some error abt turret, not blocked or not rotate depend on wich position asked to go. Machine was working but I swich off and I removed the encoder to check if it was brokenor someting, I put it back and when I turn on the machine no option to work on display, I got error of position for all 3 axis and more than that all FANUC device from cabinet has a line on screen, no one has 0. Any ideea to solve the problem?
Sir one alrm coming in our mc... sometime running programme nits showing"" Programme ""check""in display top side and Mac will stop at that time,After restart its solved..but its too much time

@@fanucplcandcnc so did you mean that may be the card inside of the driver is on Fault🤔 ho wow I will see after lunch, also we seen that when the Monitor show on black and a message Not Ready I noticed the Communication Link led on the PLC cpu is not on🤔 do you think the CPU AIFOIA Type: A03B-0819-C011 is damage or just I need to replace the communication cable?🤔
We want to replace the comm cable and the cpu to see if this helps us to avoid the communication problem we are having that cause the link led do not turn it on when we power on the equipment
