If you’ve ever watched a Disney princess movie, you’re bound to have noticed some striking similarities between all the princesses. Maybe it’s coincidence, maybe it’s cliche, but it’s undeniable. Some of these similarities are downright bizarre. One thing is for sure, they are all noteworthy.
Did you know there is a certain color that all Disney princesses wear? And have you ever noticed that all princesses have animal sidekicks? That’s just the tip of Elsa’s iceberg. All of these princesses seem to have mommy or daddy issues, none of them live in modern times, and they all have giant eyes. We saved the most perplexing similarity for last. You’ll be shaking your head for sure. It’s definitely a conversation starter. Anyway, here are some strange things all Disney princesses have in common. And some of them didn't have pets and I'm including the ones that went into a forest where there just happens to be wildlife.
*I'm not hating these were just my observations

The reason they don't have parents is because when they were written people died a lot and that is how the stories were written. Though if Disney stayed true to the original stories they would be a lot grimmer. Ariel would have died, Cinderella stepsisters would have cut off their toes and heal to make the slippers fit and so on

Well, she was a princess at some point of the film. We can argue that with Evil Queen gone, Snow White has also became a queen at the very end of her film. Since we know so little of them in the film, that one's not proven.

A small waist is not necessarily for other people to take as a standard or a view. It is simply an art style, most people don't whine over how in olden times people used to make statues that were a little bit too revealing. But people do however make a huge deal out of an art style of small waists, or unrealistic eyes. Does it really matter though? The fact that someone likes to draw things in a different way. Look at Leonardo DaVinci, his art was above his time. And other artists were teased and mock because of their views on art. Let's make sure not to take things too seriously when referring to a cartoon. Because it is simply an art style. I mean look at little kid drawings they dry everyone that stick figures, either that or really big circles. 😆

growing up i wanted to be a disney princess because one they are so pretty but each movie has a message
Beauty and the beast the message there is don't judge someone by their appearance
Princess and the frog: work hard to achieve your dreams
The Little mermaid: Don't trust strangers ( that's what i think)
Tangle:Take control and trust your instincts (this one was hard but to me it makes sense with the whole story line and all)
Sleeping Beauty: you can overcome anything with the help of others
Snow white:If someone you don't know gives you an apple don't eat it
Mulan:Don't let others say you can't do something because of your gendre
Pocahontas: take care of the environment and animals around you because they have lives too
Moana:People go to great lengths to save the ones they love
Frozen:Even if you shut family out they will always be there for you no matter what
Cinderella: Follow your dreams and they will come true

one of the reasons I loved anastasia was because she was one of the few animated "princesses" that had a realistic figure. To be frank the most extreme body types have always been Disney. Independent animation studios and other studios seem to have cottoned on to the fact, that extreme is kinda yuck. I'm not a fan of the concept art expanding the wastes but that is because it was poorly done. You can't just draw lines and fill it in to make a realistic figure, there is a bit more to it then that.

What you missed: (almost) all of them are different from the people around them, for example: moana with te water, snowwithe and cinderella with her behaviour, belle who loved reading and exploring and of course a creepy beast and she didnt want to marry gaston, jasmine who didnt like living in a castle, merida who wanted to be free, tiana who just wanted to realize her (fathers) dream and qas willing to do anything for it, elsa with her magic powers, well, i think you get it. If you know a few other princesses, just tell

I don’t like the concept made in the video that because of what some of these princesses experienced that it makes any hardships we face less significant or not as bad, that is simply not the case as I’m sure those with anxiety and depressed have suffered more than sleeping beauty has. Aurora sleeps through half of the movie and has to be saved by her Prince Charming, just as most of the other princesses do. Us, real life normal people on the other a hand, do not have a handsome prince just waiting to sweep us off our feet and save us from what struggles we may face, so don’t make that kind of comparison when there are so many people out there who have to face the world alone.
