I didnt ask for a picture even though it would be cool to have. When we see him on tv I tell my wife theres the guy we met, and she smiles and says oh yeah I remember him. Im 45 now and miss these older guys like this. They dont make em like Don Frye anymore. Thats what we thought men were when i was growing up in the 90s.
You can tell he really enjoyed fighting and had so much respect for his opponents
The quality of the editing in this video is unreal. Thank you for the entertainment.
The end of the video with takayama and frye was heartbreaking
Brooo. We need a Moicano vid! His current run and that at featherweight are underappreciated by the casuals!
I want him in title contention first
Great job on this video! Don is the absolute best to ever do it ! My favorite fighter of all time! Original bad ass !
The best quote ever: "I got hit in the head by a horse couple of times, what the hell, if I can take that getting punched by a guy in white pijamas can't be so bad" HAHAH
The Frye v Takayama fight was amazing..
Watching 2 dudes wrap up, and literally go hit for hit back and forth, no technical BS, no dodging, just beating eachother until someone went down foe like 30 seconds has got to be the most bad ass, Chad energy thing that has ever come out of the UFC and everything Don says is right. It's Ultimate Femboy Competition now.
@@imadequate3376 how is technical "bs"?
Damn I love this channel. Keep them coming, and I would love more vids featuring older fighters

You can also add "G-Force Captain" on his resume, for he fought alongside Godzilla in Final Wars. Dude is a G.
Man I’d hoped for this ever since leaving that comment 🙏 thank you for the amazing content as always

Nice guy, we need more men like him especially today!
New Mythical TH-camr unlocked, Mustached Lionel
People say pro wrestling is a joke, but when Don Frye and Takioma shows that it gave them more injuries and surgeries than actual fighting, it just shows what athletes those guys really are.
I don't watch wwe anymore but i still respect what they do.
You made me cry. 😢
Saw this video on a TH-cam short intrigued me so much that had to watch the whole thing. I am so glad I did amazing storytelling did not know how much of a fan I was of this guy.
1:33 who the hell is Dan Severn? THE BEAST???
@@jseipp A legend
Absolutely
He started watching MMA yesterday. Wait until someone tells him about pride.
That part in the video where are you ask Don to “sub” to your video was great. You make consistently good, interesting videos. I’m actually bummed when the videos you make end because they’re so entertaining. So thank you & please keep up the great work!
"Goddam he hit me hard... he hurt me so bad 10 years later my kids were born dizzy."
🤣 get this guy a stool and a mic ffs!
Amazing video 😊 don frye vs yoshihiro takayama is my favorite MMA moment. Them trading punches was so cool!
When Don Frye is visiting your the guest
🤣
The OG tough guy
You bring entertainment. And for that we love you. Best wishes to all the pioneers.
I’d love to see a video on Carlos Condit. I think he’s one of the most underrated fighters out there.
I'ma be honest he's not in the foreseeable future as much as I love him
@ I imagine it’s hard work putting together these videos. What a great job you did on this one and past videos. Hopefully one day you can get it done.
@@SSO1025RET it's very hard brother🥹 I appreciate you
Indeed man he is perfect in every sense that guy is lkke the true badass of ufc... i 2nd your thougjts so intensly
Manliest MMA personality ever has to be Schmitty hands down. He made the press conference massive. 32 minute video and Lionel did not ask even once, "Wheres Schmitty?"
Next doc on Schmitty
