  • Let's visit the Kurobe Gorge in Toyama by a trolley train.
The open-air carriages, without windows, traversed through the stunning landscape,
nestled between a beautiful river and towering mountains.
I could truly experience the beauty of nature on my skin.
Finally, I visited an exceptional sushi restaurant in Toyama, savoring its exquisite dishes.

That dam was ridiculously paradisiac, like something that you would see in Switzerland. Thanks for sharing!

Is it worth going here in early-mid April? Thinking about spending 1 night in Unazuki Onsen (Coming from Kanazawa) like on April 10, don't know if the train will be open.

Love this! Any idea if this place will still be opened or worth visiting in mid Dec?

Sorry but it'll close on Nov 30th. This part of Japan is very snowy. Better option might be Shizuoka pref. rather warm in Dec and beautiful Mt.Fuji view. th-cam.com/video/l4l3LN9THO8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Q5WXLTG4wbY7Vvas

It's easy transfer but takes 3hrs. Takes one transfer
      1.Tokyo to Kurobe-unazukionsen(by Bullet train)2.5 hr
then 3min walk to Shinukrobe sta.
      2.Shinkurobe to Unazukionsen(by Toyama local train)30min
      >if you're going to Toyama, the Alpen Route is also popular!

@@epicjapan-experience thanks for info. I just read end of railway is closed due to collapse from earthquake. I’ll wait until October when the whole route is opened. Thanks
