The Dutch Ericsson telephone was a good find, quite special to find that in the US.. We had that model when we got a phone connection around 1964. I bought one at a flea market too and it even used to work when my phoneline was still analogue. The white button was used to transfer a call to another extension and the extra loudspeaker was used to let a second person listen to the conversation (or to use it on your other ear when you had a bad line or when it was noisy)

I really appreciate you, Tom. I feel like the nostalgics that lived through the 80s and 90s are now on the back end of living history. I love that you bring me back to a different time. I love these videos.

I know this is an old video, but that bumper/tail light is from an 80-85 Chevy Caprice.

I remember a Hardee's in Vernon, CT on Rte 83 back in the 1960's. After it closed, it stayed vacant for some time and finally became a Vietnamese restaurant.

Really? I thought Hardee's was exclusively a southern thing.

I have been on the hunt for a vintage payphone from the 80s or 90s. It has to look good. Although they are heavy I would like to hang one on my livingroom wall next to my 1936 payout pinball machine.

We did have Hardee’s here when I was a kid. Hadley, MA. They went out sometime in the early 80s I believe.

The cast figural's are tough, some of them are marked on the inside and require being taken apart. Some folks will say "it has flat head screws" that it is old, not the case. They are tough but make good door stops. ✌🏼💚🙏🏻

You should have asked how much the collapsible Polaroid SX70 Camera was. I sell them in the $75-$100 range.

I live 2 towns over from here and I just stopped coming to brimfield because everyone jacks up the price like you’re at a carnival. I collect toys and figures and out of the 7-8 times I’ve been here, i maybe had like 3-4 decent buys, other than that, all vendors are super money hungry and think people who are coming from out of state will spend over retail

100% the Boston Terrier is a repro, just like the majority of the booth. When you see the painted metal animals (that are made in Mexico) that you see everywhere, it’s a dead giveaway because the vendor is likely buying from the same catalog.
It’s the same set of cast iron products every time.

Went to a flea market and bought a belt at the vendor just inside. I walked every row and the last guy at the back of the market had the same belt for 5 dollars less. Shop better now 😢
