the seals in the old C6 are hardened up , when they get warm they become pliable again. Rebuild time , You can try an additive but , nothing is really gonna help , you can also let the trans fluid warm up a bit before you put it in gear.
I'm used to GM trash transmissions where it either works and its ready to blow up, or its already to blown up hahah... None of this in-between hahaha

I have had about 15 econolines but having an econoline ramp van is something incredible. I am sure this was a motorhome or maybe a box truck! The ramp truck is incredible I hope to see more videos of the ramp truck

@@workingcountry1776 That's why I said a box truck. Those econoline chassis are only available in a box truck or a motorhome, also in an ambulance, but the chassis was shorter.

so I wasn't the only one this month with a wheel bearing... axle let go. cut up a plate and weld it to the broken axle stud, make new bearing pins out of socket extensions that are never used... after 5 miles of a 200lb load on the wheel going 10mph wash out the grit and add new grease, have to use a bench grinder to angle the bearing pins right. including welding the broken axle hub to the stud plate or it will drag the wheel... 1200lbft of low speed to burn in a new hand made bench grinder ford 8.8 bearing. one wheel drive cant even turn around in the yard, it gets stuck on virtually nothing and everything including ant hills, there be a few that are 2 foot tall and 4 foot wide but it used to get over those with the locker in two wheel drive. might as well spit polish and lacquer the paint waiting for parts take a steer out back for lunch as there goes all the soup kitchen funds over parts orders. hmm...

I think them c6s have them band adjustment screws or what not on em or am i thinking of a crap dodge? Maybe that or the pump getting lazy. Perhaps a new filter if you haven't done it already
I am gonna be doing a fluid and filter change on it first even tho the fluid is nice and clean. Thinking filter might look like shit cause it sat for so long (kinda like the fuel system)
