Thank you for your demonstrations. You always inspire. As a flower farmer and farm florist, my biggest issue always, is time. I take away constantly from your podcasts is how quickly you work, how organized you are and the end result is always beautiful. I just finished up the last of my special Easter arrangements and I felt I did better this year taking less time with each arrangement, less time stress. I prepared my products; set them out on table in order of assembly, worked quickly and efficiently as you always teach and demonstrate. Thank you Jon for the floral teaching that you do. I used to think I needed more room too, to work on my flower arrangements. You amaze me with how little space you have to work in, yet you create the small to a hugeflower designs. Pre planning and organization seems to be the key. Thanks again.
paula carli yes, when you are self employed it is all about time! I had my own business for 10 years and this helped me speed up. It was the only way to get home 😀 Glad to hear such positive feedback. We make the videos after work, so it’s good not having any interruptions - that helps me look prepared and organised 😀
Thank you! I love the color combination and all the beautiful foliage. Your skill makes it look easy, but I know it will be challenging -- never fear, your admirers love a challenge!
Wonderful John! The bouquet is beautiful and demonstrated so well. I really liked the thistles in it. They do add that 'something' to the different foliage you've used . Those orange roses looked stunning amongst the foliage. Thank you.
This is fabulous. Thank you for showing how to pack it, this is very helpful for me in the commercial setting. A gift bag arrangement is a nice alternative to a vase, easy to grab and go and everyone already has a cabinet full of vases at home these days. I love this presentation! Cheers!
Ashleigh Nelson any cellophane - we normally have rolls - you can get sheets but they may be too small. You can also buy sheets specifically for hand ties - so already cut and normally round in shape. The rolls give you more flexiblilty.
Im always whatching flower joos and i always learn new design even im bigginer as a florist .. And it inspire me to create my own channel to help others and to understand flower creativity ..
Good morning John and Janos. As always, this is beautiful!..it’s my kind oh bouquet. The greenery is exquisite before the flowers go in! Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day x
You are an Excellent teacher. The way you explain the "how" and the "why"...is great! i Thank you.I'll try to do something like that for Easter. Those roses are beautiful. Hugs from Portugal. Happy Easter, Mr. J. M.
Lovely, you make it all look so easy. I'm just beyond the " grip and drop" method of floristry but use different vases each time lol. Please keep the videos coming.
Love watching you John "Joos" just moved to Vegas from NC by way of California born and raised! Start a new job on monday! Design here is soooo different than most floral structure designs! Here its crowded one sided crammed no design! Not natural to a floral garden design! I dont like this change in design! It's less flowers less design for more money! The customer is robbed!!!!!
pony girl hello! Still you are in New York! What a fabulous place. I have been once and went round as many flower shops as I could - you are right, but it’s all about space. The shops were small and the arrangements were compact. I was a bit disappointed but that was the centre, maybe it is bigger and fuller as you head out to the edges? Anyway, it will be great for the brain and creativity. I am jealous 😀🙋🏼♂️
Hi John. I've replayed this as i love it so much! Love the combination of the beautiful various foliage and the orange roses 😍your choice of cellophane, bag and ribbon makes it so vibrant and stands out!!! I'd be more than happy to receive this beautiful bouquet 😃 looks quite an expensive one too haha have a wonderful week working with flowers💐
You're so quick at doing that, John! You should see me doing it.....at a snails pace. Lol! Never as good as yours but I'm usually quite pleased with my end result. Anither fabulous creation. 🙂
Hi and thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, I really enjoy watching your videos. I want to use craft paper for the bouquet, so would I be able to aqua pack first to prevent the craft paper from getting wet?
Hello! Yes, you would need to have cellophane over the stems to hold water - and you might be able to source biodegradable cellophane - then add your Kraft paper so it sits on top. You could even add a collar of cellophane - clear , so you really just see the paper
Diese Rosen sehen aus, als würden sie auch wundervoll duften. Gut ich mag die Diesteln nicht, aber die Kombination gefällt mir trotzdem echt gut!!!!!!! 🍀
Hello - that was an older video so I can’t remember I’m afraid. I think they might of come in as a mixed set of five colours - so wholesalers choice, where you buy 100 stems of basic colours but they choose. Thank you for asking and watching 🌼🙋🏼♂️
by the way..i am wondering, if you can do video to teach how to hold the flowers correctly when arranging it. And also the guidance on how to arrange a bouquet symmetrical ? I'll be glad to learn more. Thx.
So how much would you charge for this? In my shop people expect a drastic price cut compared to vase arrangements. When in reality it almost the same cost
Amber Slagle we are based in the U.K., so this style of bouquet is very much the norm. I think you are right - there is no real difference between this and a vase of flowers. People still have to cover the cost of the packaging which can add up. Here these bouquets can range from £30 - £100. It sounds like it’s better selling vase designs for you! Thank you for watching and commenting 🙋🏼♂️
I love how you always do something amazing and say, "it's as simple as that."
😀 🌸🌸🌸
Two of my favorites... thistle and orange roses!! I love it and all that lovely greenery.
Thank you 😊

Ashleigh Nelson thank you! Yes, you can have too many vases or none! But with this it can be left complete as if in a vase if you like 🙋🏼♂️
@@FlowerJoos Can you use any cellophane wrap of an appropriate size for an aqua pack, or are there specific products to look for?

Hi John, it would be great if you make a tutorial of making graduation bouquet
Han Nguyen hello - thank you! Do you have a picture of what you call a graduation bouquet?
Excellent video. Can I use garden string to tie the flowers and aqua pack? Going to give it a go tomorrow but I don't have ribbon.

Hello...is the flower food important ?
Dewi Diana yes - this will allow the flowers to last to the maximum and to develop well. It does make a difference.
