I think they did Mrs. Freeze isn't of Killerfrost because they wanted to do batman's rouges gallery and killer frost is a Firestorm villian.
Um you do realize the game is called kill the justice league Firestorm is in the justice league. Batman is my favorite superhero but using Joker then a fake mr.freeze when the other main justice league members have villains is just dumb on their part.

I also wish they'd give us a Superman game, but I just feel they don't know how to work the mechanics into it. However, I'd suggest a Justice League game where each character would have their own portions of the game and THAT is how you can get a baseline reading of how gamers liked or disliked those mechanics for Superman to weigh the future if his own standalone game.
It's all about intent.
If developers STILL can't make a half-decent Superman or Flash open world game in 2024 then that's a colossal failure on their part.
