Should have had your wife along. I love her comments. Your great Brad but your wife is better looking. Lol
Cool place. I'd build a small one-room sweet in there to live in while I finished out the rest of it, then the small one-room sweet could be like a sweet for a teenager or grown child that finds themselves back at home, or for a parent if need be.
Ps I sure hope we get an invitation to your next barbecue by the water!
Curious why the water line was run 1600 ft. off the back of the property , instead of out to road in the front , it looks a lot closer and less hilly ?
Hi Ron A-husky, the water dept hasn't run water to that side yet.... Get on our Exclusive Buyer's VIP list here, to know of new properties - BEFORE they hit the market - BluegrassTeam.com/homefinder - or of course just call or text 859-379-5263
I would put a barrel stove in the shop.
How much humidity do you guys have there ?
Hi Newfoundland DUDE, more than New Mexico, less than GA or FL. I don't know how to get those stats, but we do get almost an inch of rain a week average - so we stay nice and green. The cost and size of the property are great. But how much are the taxes? Here in NY I'm paying over $5g per year in taxes alone on .59 acres.
@@HalfAssHomestead about $2,000 - $2,500 when the house is completed. Until then - probably $1,000 - $1,500± / yr that will be close enough for conversation. Ken will know a bunch more about this property - call or text Ken 859-494-5521
@@BradSimmons awesome, is it still for sale? I live in Kevil, KY and am ready to move to 25 acres...
@@HalfAssHomestead aa
how much?
I would build a loft apartment
Hey- I contacted Ken and told him what I wanted- he says I can buy an acre and put a trailer on it. I want a cabin
Still available?
Brad, if you can find me a small house (~ 1000 sf) on 10-20 acres with a barn for my two mini jersey cows and 3 goats in a safe and nice area (and by "nice" I mean nice neighbors, not fancy houses), I will move tomorrow. Has to be safe for a single woman and close to a good hospital (we are not getting younger). You had it once - nice house with tall ceilings on 10 acres with a barn with crooked door, next to the sheriff house - but unfortunately I saw it too late. Waiting for another one like that.
Watching this one now.
I stumbled across your videos, watching investment properties 4pl÷X, your video showed up as an ad. I've been watching for 2 days now 48hours straight lol. Ur theatrics story tell has me tickled. Watching makes me want to invest this route... land and 🏘 . Your awesomely funny.
Beautiful dogs.

If anyone wants to know how to construct a "barn dominium" or whatever, the correct way, check out the "RR" TH-cam channel. This guy has built many of this type of building and is very experienced.
Hi Terrence P. Urbanis, Yes, RR is a great channel - we highly recommend these guys: th-cam.com/users/RRBuildingsfeatured
I definitely wouldn't mind paying 1400 a month vs 11050 a month living in a small 1 bedroom house here in LA the weather here is ishy plus LA CA is over rated
Where are the trees?
Ohio has been building this type of housing for years
