Mine is still not resolving! I have an APM 2.6 with Neo 6m GPS/Compass module. APM shows only a green, orange and red light (the blue light only blinks for a few seconds when I connect it through USB cable or a lipo battery normally. My GPS module only shows a red light no blue light , not even for a few seconds at the starting of the board. Compass is connected on the I2C port and is also giving out 3.3 volts (only the signal wires are connected not the power and ground) and the GPS port gives 4.7 volts.

I have an APM mini pro driving me crazy with this Compass health. I ordered another GPS specifically tuned for the APM mini pro with no luck. Unfortunately, this fix is not my issue. I think a bad board which means I need to get it replaced..

MrPolymers I'm having the same problem for long ago so this quadcopter hasn't fly. Have you solved the problem? In my case the problem was during the calibration. White dots appeared but when I started to move the quadcopter the axis move and all points disappeared...

In mission planner go to configuration, full parameter tree, compass, enable external compass, change from 0 to a 1, the write parameters theirs your fix.
