In the beginning, you don’t have many connections, and you might be afraid that the subcontractor would fail, and you have no knowledge nor assets to finish the job.
I agree. It can be hard to trust new people but it’s definitely worth it in the long run to give them a chance and allow them to prove themselves. If they let you down, you just gotta find someone else. Thanks for your insights

Exactly what I needed! But let’s say you sell Google Ads and pass that true tot your freelancer, how you deal with kick back or compensation? Should you accept anyone time kickback or a monthly kickback. And, how about contact with your client. Will you be the contact person or the freelancer and you step out.
It’s all up to you. You get to determine a compensation that seems fair to both parties. The more you have to do yourself (like contracts) the larger your kickback should be
Sounds like he niched down and was fine with just focusing on what he was good at. He might have lost this job and picked up two more with what he specialized in later that day. 🤷
