- Fun collab track made in 24 hours with pftq. Last few tracks from us working together had a lot of influence from goa / psytrance, so we leaned into that and tried to actually make a full 8-min trance track this time. Trance tends to be long and repetitive, so this track basically has all the stuff we like to listen to in trance minus the stuff that we don't like. There are a lot of influences from old-school trance artists like Astral Projection, Destination Goa, DNA, etc. And yeah there's a koto in there again. :P

I like the old Waterflame feeling. It feels like Outrun but more newer. It kind of feels like Meltdown too which I like. Great job Waterflame and PFTQ!

Waterflame does psytrance. Now this, I need more of in my life
OMG, I love this one so much! I really like trance/dance music, and when you combine that with other cultural instruments/styles, it just resonates so well. The track reminds me a lot of the "Control" series, especially "Control: Mind" (may or may not be due to the length xp). Seriously amazing work: the fact that this was made in a day actually blows my mind! The title given to this piece also fits so well. Definitely a new favourite for me. Keep up the amazing work, both of you! :D

I’m late to the comment on this one. XwX Bro, you’ve been SO UNIQUE recently it’s insane, this track is a complete adventure from start to end & it’s a really perfect song to bring forth for a 9 MINUTE long trance song. A lot happens in such small amounts of time, & my favorite parts especially have to be the start of the drop & that part at 5:31. I haven’t listened to most of you & pftq’s collabs yet, & I really gotta! This one is absolutely wild, really long & yet more dynamic than it would seem on first glance, took a few listens to really get into the groove & it’s the kind of song I always feel like I need to listen to multiple times as so much is going on at once. I LOVE IT. You & pftq did an absolutely spectacular job on this, & I hope y’all have been having a ton of fun with these. :3 Also, it’s really nice to see you uploading some of your single tracks to Apple Music & Spotify, I’ve already given this one a lot of listens, not to mention you just happened to upload a lot of your best ones, like Combo Breaker. God, you always manage to go through these like… phases, where I can view everything you make in a time almost as like, a progression of one another. It’s like a story around when you make the songs, & I can name at least 3-4 chains of songs that feel like it. It might be a weird way to look at it, even, but I’ve been seeing it in your most recent songs as well. Melody Salad, Color Blockade, Jungle Driver & now this between the work of you both, they all feel like COMPLETELY different adventures & yet they work SO WELL together even in succession, they all feel very energetic & passionate & yet they all have their own incredibly unique feeling & experience, every year to two just feels like a new story arc with you & an absolutely beautiful one at that. How do you do such a good job at staying so consistently surprising & keeping all your tracks fresh & distinguished- I will never know! :D I hope pftq might see these too, cuz now I gotta listen to your guys’ other tracks!
