    Hey partner just to let you know I have those same boots I've had those same boots for about five years now. All I've ever had to do was take them into a Bootery and pay 60-70 bucks and they put a brand new sole on it whatever Style I want. If I want a tougher harder sole for concrete and steel work or if I want a more softer one with more grip for outdoors in the mud and woods along with rocks. As well as different Shanks and heel height depending on your preference. It beats buying a whole new boot and you can basically customize your favor boot however you like.

    I know it's late, but some people put soil in their old boots and put flowers on it.

    What did you use to waterproof them? And would you use it on normal cowboy boots? Did it change the color of the boots temporarily?

    I bought a pair of Justin square toe work boots 2 yrs ago and the like of me i can't get the toe box to stretch enough it's not steel toe but i think it might be composite toe box

      normally the toe boxes don't stretch because its composite kind of like plastic. Steel toe won't stretch either, so the next time you look at some boots find ones that fit your toes bace that is the only thing that doesn't change.

    How do you like the tread for mud conditions? I usually use boots with a more traditional hiking/timber tread, but I'm considering this tread for my next pair if they work well in muddy/slick conditions.

      Working in the Oilfield, I had no issues with these boots. I just got another pair!

    Damn those held up! What size are yours? They get too hot inside?

    • @GeorgiaAdventure
      @GeorgiaAdventure  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      12s, and I haven't noticed if they get hot, so maybe they don't? ha I am not sure. It's over 100 degrees here in TX, so everything is hot

    Have you ever used the non steel toes?

    • @GeorgiaAdventure
      @GeorgiaAdventure  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No I haven’t. But I would imagine that they are still like these

      How heavy are they compared to standard cowboy boots? Same, or wayy more?

    • @GeorgiaAdventure
      @GeorgiaAdventure  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Compared to my “dress” boots, they really aren’t much more. After wearing them all day I don’t feel fatigued at all

    • @GeorgiaAdventure
      @GeorgiaAdventure  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      But if you are concerned about weight, the Durango’s I reviewed, I’ve been wearing for a while now and they are super light.
