all of you who say wow, it's a great yacht and similar praises. it's easy to sail and enjoy it. try working in a shipyard as a mechanic on any yacht, for example, try removing the sea intake valves where you can barely see the valve with your eyes, and especially dismantle it. try it and then say wow.sorry for my bad english
Adastra is still my favorite: aesthetically beautiful, capable of a round trip on across the Atlantic at a speed of 20 knots for a mere $15 million. Could be repowered for more speed. Compar to the Galaxy of Happiness whose price is in the billions (but not for sael).
I love the idea of the Megaloo.... especially with the sea and weather behaving badly you never know when going to a deep dive is necessary and still retains that luxury component. Unfortunately the prices make all of them no gowers...shame
You’d have to hire a captain for that otherwise improper submarine use can be very lethal. Just be sure to stay knowledgeable on atmospheres, pressurization, and depth.
My favorite too. The idea that you can just dive below a storm is perfect. You can also hide or dive from pirates or you can just chill beneath the surface with the Dolphins in absolute luxury for weeks! Unfortunately you can't rob enough banks to get one lol
with underwater mini sub deployment, i could see value in the submersible yacht Phoenix. And with an underwater speed of 17 knots also, and except for maybe ice, or attacks from maybe "pirates" or hostile military. it would be worth exploring as a viable upgrade from a standard above surface only watercraft. At the same token. even though unique. i don't see viability in a solar cordless boat. But the Galaxy? i love it

I want to take a cruise in the last yacht on this video- the first three are just glorified cabin cruisers and my godfather use to own a 25ft cabin cruiser lol it was powered by two outboard motors and cruised at 15 knots lol

Inform yourselves about the real salaries and the reals deals, you throw yourselves on. `Sorry` for my comment, folks. I do not blame anyone... it is your responsibility as owners, shipping companies and skippers, to keep innocent young people away from those trips, where no one cares for the further future of those `collatoral` victims.

Pure decadence. Is that a good thing? The first thing I would do if I had one of these yachts would be to sell it and use the money for something more worthwhile. Just sitting they cost a lot of money. Crewed and cruising with their relatively small guest capacities is just throwing money away. It's not just the money, it's the incredible waste of resources for a fun week somewhere. Interesting to look at and I wouldn't turn away from a cruise on one just on principle but I find it hard to respect the people that need this kind of excess to "float their boat".
It's not "a waste of resources". Those products were built by (well-paid) workers and maintained by (well-paid) crews. The guests spend a lot of money in far away places on food and entertainment pumping money into (mostly poor) local communities.It's called tourism and many people depend on it for their livelihoods. It's like saying that building a hotel is a "waste of resources".Only if it stays empty. Otherwise it's an investment. Throwing your phone away every six months is a "waste of resources". And what about bitcoin mining,or internet data-centers power consumption caused by our pointless web use?

A skilled crew that could ALSO get a job anywhere they want? Tourism? The "tourists" on these boat don't spend a million dollars on a week to go throw dollars at poor locals, they go to high end restaurants and corporate owned luxury hotels when they're onshore. Superyachts do absolutely NOTHING to help poor people needing a job, NOTHING really good for anybody but a lot of dough for people that don't need it, to give a high end "experience" for rich selfish people that generally don't give a sh*t about the environment or the world in general. Bitcoin? A massive consumption of energy for WHAT? So that people can get rich or broke chasing vapor money? What iota of good does it do for ANYBODY but the people who got rich off of it?
