Hey Ken, I love the content. Have you considered making a neighborhood guide for Central Florida's most walkable and urbanist friendly communities? I'm aware of Baldwin Park but I don't know of many other places one could survive without the daily use of a car.

If Disney wants to incrrase attendance stop chasing the rich and return to a park for everyone . I worked there in the mid 2000s. Yes it was neglected and needed updates but prices, magic passes etc didn't limit guests and ride access to the most tech savy and richest. If they took part of the billion they spent on IT for magic passes and wrist bands and updated the parks like Universal is doing things eould be better for guests and long term profitability. We divided employees into two groups cast members and corporate. Cast mrmbers understood guests and how exceeding their expectations etc was the smart long term strategy. Corporate was concern with short term profitabilty.

Mandating electric leaf blowers would increase time to complete jobs 100x ultimately costing more for the consumer. Some of the best electric leaf blowers can not compare to some of the cheapest gas hand held. Most leaf cleanup jobs require a large ride on or backpack blower to move the leaves to the curb so they can be picked up by the debris loaders, which are louder than backpack blowers.

We’ve heard this quite a bit this week! Costs will increase for everyone. Some neighbors love the idea of quieter streets, but most won’t love the increased costs

since you're not from Otown, I can tell you, 'rumors" of a "5th Diz Park " have been going around for TWENTY THREE YEARS. It aint happening. Also, WDW magagement considers Disney Springs a "5th Gate"
