Just another tolkien nerd wanted to hear about there favorite character Fëanor
This song is really epic. Russian is worth learning for this band alone and other metal and rock bands. They're as good as Blind Guardian imo.

2. The band's leader (Yuriy "Juron" Melisov) is a huge Blind Guardian's fan, so it's not surprising that there is reference to BG in his song.

It's a passage from the Silmarillion so it's actually a Russian translation of the original English.
I believe it's this part:
Feanor bade them halt; for his wounds were mortal, and he knew that his hour was come. And looking out from the slopes of Ered Wethrin with his last sight he beheld far off the peeks of Thangorodrim, mightiest of the towers of Middle-earth, and knew with the foreknowledge of death that no power of the Noldor would ever overthrow them;

This is an awesome song, unfortunately I don't speak Russian. I like what seem to be a nod to Blind Guardian at 8:00 where it sounds a LOT like The Bard's Song, and then the singers call themselves bards at the end (according to Google Translate anyway)

Isn't Fingolfin's fight against Morgoth more worthy of song? I have a semi-soft sport for Feanor, but Fingolfin is infinitely more heroic IMHO.
