So much talent in The Philippines that you have probably never heard of. Can I suggest 4th Impact. They are 4 sisters with great harmonies. They auditioned for Factor UK 2015 and that video has more than 184 million views on you tube. They sing in many languages ( English, Tagalog, Korean, Spanish, Italian ). They will not disappoint you.

No most of our singers did not formally go to school to learn it's their inner talents and mostly hone their talents in thier childhood days being exposed to Karaoke machine singing competition in their privinces. music school or specifically vocal school isn't a huge thing in the Philippines. filipinos are mostly trained via karaoke, church/school choir or sometimes they just imitate the way the artist sing their music piece/song foreign or local artist. singing is just a past time activity in the Philippines. some starts at a very young age by joining singing competitions in schools, malls, local towns, city events, radio stations, on TV, also international competitions, or just jamming with some friends or family at parties or at home.

though the Philippines has great school for the study of music but most of our great singers were actually products of amateur singing competition, one good example is Marcelito Pomoy(who sang The Prayer which I recommend if haven't reacted to yet)...most Filipino (not Philippinian btw 😊) singers are self taught and had no formal vocal training when started out to compete

Philippines doesn't have lots of decent music schools, however every house has it's own Karaoke and whenever their neighbor start singing, they will also starts to sing in their own house with their own Karaoke.
Their will literally put the volume to the max to avoid hearing their neighbors karaoke.

We don't go to school just to play music it's in our blood that water we drink is from the garden of Eden that is why people here knows how to sing vert well.
English is official 2nd language in the Philippines.
some Filipinos do have an accent when speaking English but it changes when they sing.

What music school? Most Filipino don't take singing lessons!!!
English is a national language in the Philippines. Actually there's 2 Filipino (tagalog) and English). Sure their accents sometimes may be different ( some of them may have an American accent) some of them might not, but the Phillipines is in the top 5 of English speaking nation in the world.
Only one percent of pilipino singers goes to music schools.
The rest just practice at home
