I am from USA. Do what ever it takes to survive, I feel that there are far more worries in their world besides trash. They too probably wish it was pristine, it is what it is. Thanks super video, this is very interesting, be safe.
The first time I have ever seen a live catfish jumping out of a container. I have eaten a lot of catfish at restaurants, church fundraisers and neighborhood fish fries. My mouth waters at thinking about eating fried catfish at a Lagos restaurant with traditional Lagos seasoning. Your VLOGS gives me an experience that other video loggers have not been able to do. While watching your VLOGS I feel as though I am right there in the middle of all the activity. Several times I became concerned for your safety when you were stopped or waved to pull over to the side because I did not know why. The ride through Oshodi Market and Ladipo Market was amazing. The historical background information you provided helped me to understand what I was seeing. The sounds and constant movement convey to me that the citizens of these areas are resilient people who continue to thrive in spite of the economically deprived environment that surrounds them. Thank you Ludo for sharing another memorable experience.

I enjoyed the video. My wife and I live in Panama. We watched the video together. The tree's and the rocky dark colored soil look the same here in Panama. In Panama city we have the same type of neighborhoods. Busy with people. Hectic and chaotic. Lots of trash in the streets and open drains in the streets. The roadside tienda's look the same. Apartments look the same. We don't have a big auto parts market like you have though. My wife is from Columbia. She has never been to Africa. We both enjoyed the tour. Appreciate it.
So many people walking around as well as people selling stuff. it’s hard to see how they make any money to survive. Very good videos. It’s raw and interesting.
I love this, this is my second favorite. My dad hates it because it too raw and real but that's what people wanna see. Will you visit Abuja or other places too?
Igbo people has tremendously contributed mightily inthe development of Lagos state, in which their Enterprise's nature makes it easier for them to be part of anything property in Nigeria and all over Africa. Igbo's are God sent to African people at large
Shut up are you telling me all the people there are igbo? Is there any Nigerian that is not a strugler? Just yesterday Faith Odundi a Yotuba girl won global award for best mathematician the news is all over America and no Yoruba is shouting up and down say she is a Yoruba all what we are saying is she is a Nigerian.
yes this jumping cat fish was funny to see. and yes i agree on the fact that something should be engaged by the people in the market to start cleaning more
thank you for showing us this. It was very interesting and so many people! I am from a small town USA so this is amazing for me to see. I do have many questions though for one there was a guy pushing a bike with a cart and had things on it I suppose he was selling but what were the items? were they locally produced/made? I tried to go back for the time stamp but couldn't find it again but there were so many things to see! I saw the fish but there was another place with something red/orange it went by so fast I couldn't make out what it was so I am wondering if it was a type of food or something else? It would be so cool for you stop now & then and explain some of the items that are there . So please if you can make another similar to this but with a bit more information & detail I would greatly appreciate and enjoy the experience. thank you & many blessings
i could have answered if you gave e the time stamp. here i am not sure to understand what you described. thanks a lot by the way for this comment ! if you have time to find the time stamps, i may answer ! cheers from lagos !

The biggest auto spare parts market is actually in Suame Magazine Kumasi, Ghana. Come and check it out and you will confirm what you are showing is small compared to it. They have even made their own car called SMIDO1, which toured Europe some years back. I hope one day we will talk rather about the biggest car parts manufacturing district instead of two imported spare parts markets.
When Nigerians post things online you guys try to compare with you no one asked you! Why don't you enjoy the video instead you talking trash! Why don't you just video it and post it in TH-cam instead of you talking! Well that is not the biggest one we have in the country. Also, remember Nigeria is bigger than your country 20 times! We have more space.
Well this video isn't about Ghana and Ludo lives in Nigeria. If you truly believe the one in Ghana is bigger, why don't you go and make your own videos about it instead of making comparisons.
That your acclaimed biggest auto spare parts in Ghana is dominated mainly by Nigerians hope you know? Take Nigerians business out of Ghana that is when you will understand that we no be your mate. Always looking for opportunity to compete with us. Ghana is not even up to the population of Lagos state which is one state out 36 states in Nigeria.
We Nigerians are the owners of the businesses in that Ghana spare parts market even the ones in other African countries you just can't deal on auto spare parts more than Nigerians in Africa...

Ludo Liu thank you for the ride through spare parts yards, very wide spread, you sure handle that bike very good, very interesting tour of Lagos Nigeria.🏍💥
Thank you for these genuine and honest footages. You posted a great video! This place needs better educations, birth control, government needs to come in to lift the poor, divide to small sections and manage. When time comes, there will be a better place!
no birth control....birth in lagos is similar to the rest of the world..everyone just migrates there because of job opportunity, The solution isn't less birth control its industrialization of surrounding areas so people stay in their towns and not come to Lagos. Telling Africans about birth control is a slap to the face/is very offensive.....there are 1.2 billion Africans and 1.4 billion Chinese. Only one country in Asia.....plus people in Lagos usually have 3-4 children.
Nigerian don’t give birth to more than 4 kids per wife... the government just have to industrialize other states heavily so young unemployployed youths can leave Lagos for opportunity outside. Other states are not as densely populated and have a bigger land mass. Lagos is Nigeria’s smallest state.

Good job brother...always love watching your trips...my first was the isale eko trip and now this trip Ladipo/Oshodi took me back to my root...I was born in surulere, Akerele by Randle avenue...if you ever owened a vehicle in lagos and dont want your mechanics playing games...you got to go to Ladipo with your mechanics...I was a frequent customer there bcos I had a VW Vento/Jetta that gave me wahala of my life then...lol..
Watching this almost brought tears to my eyes..bcos I miss it all(funny)...been a while though...when next I visit home from the Texas... surely take a bike and walk around to see if my spare part dealers still there.
I heard the the Lagos State govt moved some of them away.
Tony, Thanks so much for that comment!

Lol when the fish jumped out of the bowl funniest thing. I really wish they would clean up the streets, it looks very bad. Interesting video though.😁
yes this jumping cat fish was funny to see. and yes i agree on the fact that something should be engaged by the people in the market to start cleaning more

Oga ! welcome back here ! Thanks a lot for taking time to comment ! it really counts a lot
i wish you a very good day !
thank you for showing us this.

I hope one day we will talk rather about the biggest car parts manufacturing district instead of two imported spare parts markets.
i will check informations about that my dear! thanks a lot !
Great work. I am very impressed on how clear the video is .
thanks a lot, i put a lot of effort to keep the best quality of the video. it is not easy to work with such heavy and complex files, however, i also like the result !

thank you very much, yes africa is a very fascinating continent !
Everyone seems to be articulate and polite in Africa. I live in Manchester, England and it is often a rude and uncouth place.
you are right my dear. people do not forget where they are coming from, and they do not forget that you have to respect each other to make the life easier !
Idiotic comment!

Why did you say that, is that your home or are you defending the poor colonizer mentality. I’ve been to Europe from the US. I will take Africa and the respect and dignity they have any day.

please help this video to travel more and share it on reddit, or facebook...
You are so crazy and delusional with your bigoted opinion! Keep that condescending attitude to yourself.
So you were able to determine what "this place" needs from a video? Did any of the people in the video ask for your help or opinion?
@@tosinojo7310 1.4 b can self sustain, foods, fibers and shelters no problem, there be a better place to live.
