I've been dancing since I was 3,I've done ballroom dancing or some type of Latin dancing for probably 5 years, but the basics really really do help no matter how complicated the steps are, explained in a beautiful way thank you
This is great, thanks for posting it. Just a note, I know this sounds stupid, but I always wish people would demonstrate these things with their back to the camera/audience so we don't have to reverse left and right in our minds.
its wild how much effort people put into certain tasks.. man, if you hear the beat sway your hips and move your arms and you're good! i wanna see you wiggle wiggle, for sure!
Same like me...... We just started and it's thissssss ..... Not to mention the fact that we have a test for this in like 2 weeks and all of that time combined is like half a day!!!
I really wish there was a tutorial that showed the view with the instuctor facing in front of the viewer, i dont like having to mirror the tutorial, when i do i want to start on the wrong foot
I treat cha-cha almost like mambo or salsa. The 4 elements are the "chasse" (or shuffle-step, which can be done to the side L, or side R, or forward, or back), rock back, rock forward, and a side step with check.
They called it the Cha cha cha at my school and it's way diferent. You step forward with the right foot with the back foot going up a bit off the ground, quickly strut to left, then step forward with left food with right foot off the ground, quickly strut to right. They'd also spice it up with a move called "New York", you just move your left foot way to the right after the strut n stretch your arms out.
✨In case no one has told you, "Thank you for being strong until now. I admire your courage to still fight eventhough you feel like giving up. You are amazing. Keep on fighting, okay? But please, this time, do not do it by yourself alone anymore. Try to start fighting now with God that is your strong Refuge and Armor at your side." 🤍 Exodus 14:14 The Lord Himself will fight for you. You only need to stay calm.
Jin Kazama he had a black belt in cha cha. So I wasn't the only one inspired by Bruce Lee to learn cha cha. I actually liked this dance before. I prefer cha cha over salsa which to me seems so complex and random.
The final part should have the same sequence as was taught as slow speed: meaning you taught AB, but carried out AABB. If you wanted to do it twice, the sequence should have been ABAB. (where A is the size to side and B is the back and forth), Great job initially, but this final part was no good.
I watched this video a few times and I found the teaching technique is awkward. Even when Aron counted the 4 elements, he reached his thumb at the end making it 5. Is this helpful? Of course not. Cha cha cha is supposed to be fun and easy.

YAAAS GIRL, but with this video they aren't really teaching you a specific dance there just teaching you steps.
those are called mirrored videos
I do agree with you. I learned a dance easily from watching an instructor with his or her back then he or she is facing a mirror.

Thank you for this video. Very well explained.
And then there's me, wondering if "never going to give you up" is a cha cha dance so I can do it instead XD
she said that you put your left leg behind while she was explaining but when they danced at the end, they were both putting their right leg back...
That confused me too.
i think you can do it on both sides
Ur a lonely girl I'll be by ur side so we can be on factor doing chacha or American idle
always right food back for back basic (syllabus steps)
left leg forward for forward basic
That's fucking stupid
