Wouldn’t it have been a lot easier just to bolt them on? All the holes were there and in my opinion would’ve made for a much cleaner job. Just curious, why were they removed from the frame?

The frame rails are completely boxed in and the trans crossmember is right behind the middle bracket
The ones that were on the frame originally were badly mangled...got this set long after the frame was boxed.
