Good job for making a comprehensive video that explain these various rulesets of Karate. People outside Karate need to know this list to avoid confusion and making asinine assumptions about different dojos. I was planning to make a video like this with a title called 'The Evolution of Karate's Sparring/Competition' or something else. There is so many viewers out there who think Olympic Karate represents everything about Karate.. It's so freaking dumb. The internet is also a cesspool of misconceptions that tend to be treated as "facts" somehow.

Some where missing: light contact (like kyokushin but without knees and elbows, practiced in latam by non kyoukushin karates), karate combat and american kickboxing/ full contact karate (kickboxing with no low kick or knees).

It is not exhaustive. You have also missed many. Including Irikumi. Its just a peak into the ocean of karate.

There another one to add as a suggestion. International Kyokushin Budokai all round fighting. Similar to kudo, but without helmet and gloves. Open hand techniques allowed aiming the face pancrase alike. Salute
