In this project video, I show you how I make a leather ranger belt. This style of belt is popular and a little more involved than a standard style belt.

When you talk about a 3/4" strap are you talking about a strap for a 3/4" buckle (3/4" - 1/8" for clearance) or a strap 3/4" wide?

If they aren’t wearing a ranger belt and wants one, then how do we measure for that?

I think it's more of what you cut rather than how to measure. You end the bottom strap at the bend of a normal belt (so about 3½" shorter than a regular belt blank) because of the way he attaches the buckle bullet. Hopefully, he'll correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I'm seeing with the way he's making it.
