Thanks. I do think that it turned out nice. The same customer asked me to make another rig recently. It’s a western style holster for a much larger revolver. Check it out.
Nice project, Robert. I learn something new from each of your videos. Making belts is on my list of projects to learn how to do, so this was most helpful. What weight leather to you use for your belts? Also, do you typically laminate two thicknesses together for your belts, leaving the grain side showing both inside and outside? Thank you.
Thanks for your questions. All of my custom belts are made from two layers of leather. I contact adhesive and had sew them together. My goal is a 12 ounce belt when finished. I have made some lighter weight around 10 ounce and a few 1/4” (16 ounce) belts on request. I feel that it’s a much stronger belt and less rub off since both sides are slick.
Yes, I remember Annie Oakley. Little Sure Shot.
Yep!
Cool. Way cool belt
It did turn out very nice! Thanks for watching.
Very nice 👌🏻
Thanks!
Beautiful job on this belt.

Another hand crafted gem. As for a name, "The all American"
Kenny
I like that name suggestion.
Annie Oakley is a great name.
Thanks. I like the name as well.

@@InMyBusyLittleShop Thanks Robert. Sounds like a good way to go!
Great job. How many hand hours do you have in this project
This hand sewn belt took me six hours spread over three days.
Very nice...true craftsman...what do you use to thin the weldwood cement...thanks for sharing.
I appreciate the comment and thanks! I have never thinned the contact cement. So I don’t have a good suggestion.
خیلی عالی بود آفرین👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻لطفا زیرنویس فارسی قراربدید🙏🏻🌹
Thanks! I will try and see if I can do that.
@@InMyBusyLittleShop Thank you🌹
How about "The Gunfighter" belt, Robert?
I like that name! The Gunfighter it is.
@@InMyBusyLittleShop Awesome! Enjoying your videos.
I like the name “Annie Oakley” for the belt. You could change it to “Andy Oakley” for a mens belt.
I like the suggestion. Let’s see what other names are suggested.
both are too corny
Maybe.
