    Good day, I'm a first year student of the law in Jamaica. You have just confirmed some of what I was taught few months ago. However, I would I like you explain briefly,
    1. If a police officer in Jamaica can be charge and convicted for gross negligence Manslaughter if he saw a man being murder amd did nothing at all in his powers to stop such act;
    2.what would be his defence to such a charge, and;
    3. Are there any cited case law in Jamaica to back such principle.
    Thanks in advance
