So, if your action wasn't criminally negligent or unjustifiable risk or a misdemeanor ends up killing someone, it's not murder or vol/inv manslaughter. So if not covered by some other specific statute, you get off free?
Defendant could be liable in civil court even if not charged criminally.
I don’t think so ! Remember there are liable for a crime but I believe the year charged are lower than being intentionally and deliberate with malice a forethought.
