I like how this is so true. The paradox of it all. The fun fact is that no one is indeed perfect and you don't need to be strong every single day. Which is ok. But agreeing with this statement implies you are ok with not being better. Which is not ok. Let me give you a better example. We have 2 people doing a marathon. Person 1 thinks: "I am tired, lets slow down. losing is ok" and slows down his pace and loses. Person 2 thinks: "I am tired, but I have to keep trying but losing is not an option" and he keeps pushing it, but loses regardless. Ironically the person it's unacceptable for person 1 who thought losing is accaptable to lose. While it is totally fine for person 2 who thought losing was unacceptable to lose. In short it's accaptable to not be at your best but only when you deem not being at your best unacceptable.
The problem with that is the Seraphine's song part is cut only on the chorus, therefore losing the context of the song. Before the chorus part she actually sings about keep doing what you can, despite what everyone else think about it. "Chase the wind again, knowing just what they'll say."
