@@mon7864to be fair, before his module released, on cn, many (myself included) were questioning his effectiveness since he's pure offensive recovery and seemed kinda stale, for the lack of a better word. his module does wonders for him and easily made him the most fun unit of this year imo. ground chalter is a fairly accurate descriptor for him, and iirc he can compete or outdps her with enough crits. very satisfying unit, 10/10
i'll be saying this as someone with an m9 lumen and both modules at stage 3: i love him dearly but eyja did kill a lot of her peers' usage, including lumen. don't get me wrong. he is still the most competent healer after eyja, but barring cleansing status effects that are not the result of elemental damage, it has become significantly harder to justify bringing lumen over eyja.
If you are limited to only 1 than yes eyja is better. I just use both, giving the middle finger to elemental dmg is fun. Lungmen can dispel stun but cant do anything about corrosion. I only use him for that heal atk and aspd. Sorry whispy
Lumen is still useful, as for example on TN-2 the second phase the boss instant stun the operator he hit , eyja can't do anything about it but lumen can instantly remove the stun effect. But yeah in most situation eyja is more useful but she doesn't " kill him " at all. It's not like phantom who get powercreep.
