    Being productive helps with my anxiety personally. Feeling accomplished is key for me

    Thanks for this! I've been working on my morning ritual. Reading in the morning, meditating and I'm learning to turn off the phone, TV and video games.

    Fixing my gut microbiome and taking a greens and collagen drink every morning fixed half the anxiety problems. Meditation and breathwork is the other half I keep neglecting to help keep the negative self talk at bay. But usually when I sleep and the wake up the next day, the anxiety usually subsides by then.

    This came at a perfect time. I have a telehealth appt today over the phone and calls are my biggest anxiety trigger. Hoping something here helps.
