Viral Instagram Cocktail / Long Island Iced Coffee

So as the title says this is the recipe for the viral Instagram video which has over half a million views!

The recipe for the Cola cream .
Heat 500ml Coke and reduce until 100ml is left.
Take 50ml of this cola syrup and add it to 150ml of cream.
Give it a quick whip until thickened.
