Small Channel Year One / What to Expect
You know, for all the times I’ve heard of this and the south side I’ve actually never made one. Guess I’ll have to rectify that very very soon. Also, love the set behind you getting more and more full. I remember when it was rather scant and seeing that TH-cam subs counter go up with every video. Cheers mate! Keep it up!
@mikeshardreviews4154 cheers mate yeah working on it little by little!
A great brunch drink in New Orleans
Oh my god my first Enzoni was life changing. So fresh and fun and bracing but to a nuanced level you NEVER see with Campari. Legitimately one of the best cocktails ever devised. Great show mate!
@mikeshardreviews4154 Mike! Yeah man this drink is definitely a banger!
Finally getting into my watch later and man is this a good place to start. Everything that’s good about a tom collins but add more booze! So refreshing, great work!
@@mikeshardreviews4154 He's back! Cheers Mike
We can't hear you.
@@markusharnvi3404 Are you trolling? There definitely sound 100%. Sure you don't have it muted?
@@therustybartender I hear soft background music, but not your voice. Ah, I'm using only one ear plug. Maybe your sound is only in one stero channel?
@markusharnvi3404 that's probably it , the mic I use only uses left audio I think
No sound on the video, just letting you know. :)
Ah yes there is :0
@@therustybartender Weird, must've been on my end
@@iamchaldo did you try it again? Did it work?
This is the drink I make for people to introduce them to bitters (But I do 45ml gin 15ml campari on those occasions and slowly increase the bitters until they complain/or until I hit 30) cheers
@@qweqwe1324 That totally makes sense! Campari can be very challenging for most people!
I have always been meaning to try this cocktail
It's actually pretty tasty , definitely worth a shot
Great drink!! 🍇
So good! It's definitely a very pleasing balance of flavours!

love this cocktail
It is an easy drinker for sure!
Besides the audio, your lighting/set is looking better. Right on!
Thanks man yeah it's not perfect but it's getting there. I'm thinking some more soft lighting behind the bottles might be good.
That cola cream sounds wild!
It is mate, but I reckon it would be great to make a White Russian with !!
Love using tea syrups or infusions in recipes!
@TheWhiskeyNerd yeah man a nice easy way to twist cocktails
I do love Earl Grey need to try this
It's tasty as man!
Big fan of the Earl Grey MarTEAni. Yea is underrated in cocktails!
100%! Belter of a drink
I fell in love with that one. Was so much better than I thought it would be. Audrey is a genius!
Yeah i love this one , cheers coach
Great drink and the audio is far far better!
Thanks man really appreciate all the great advice you have been giving me
@@therustybartender any time mate!
You don’t need any of this if you’re just using your bar for private events ; the person provides the alcohol and you are just providing bartered services .
@l.a.b-likeabosstrucking6617 It's a good thing this videos about an actual business then eh?
Are you by chance a Danish bartender? 😊 Started my own firm now and could use some sparring

The sound is day and night better. Good on you. Just be mindful of speaking up a bit. Cheers, Rusty!
@@CoachVinoLLC Cheers Coach!
I haven't noticed sound issues. Content is good, so a little echo isn't something I'd worry about.
@KillDivill Cheers man , the audio on my last one , the corpse reviver was horrible , could barely hear me speak , once I high-resolution the volume the echo is very noticeable. Been trying to hide it with an audio track but....For this video it seems to be better so hopefully it's sorted.
Apologies for the sound , I'm working on it!
Keep up the amazing work my friend
School boy error 😂

Chipping away at those cocktails!
Cheers man, yeah I reckon that's just over a third of the way through now, I think!
I was helping a friend sell his hot sauces at a farmers market and I asked the organizer about setting up a daiquiri stand. She loved the idea, but the first question she had was, "Do you have liability insurance?"
@KillDivill It's a big expense when you're starting out but we'll worth having. Opens a lot of doors
Hey Rusty! Whats your Popcorn syrup recipe?
Hi there! So just make a regular 2:1 simple syrup by heating 2 cups Sugar to 1 cup water. Once sugar is dissolved add 2 cups of plain or salted popcorn. I like the salted as it plays well with sweet and salty flavours. Take off the heat and leave to sit at room temp for a couple of hours. Then strain out popcorn solids and bottle until ready to use. Monin also do a good popcorn syrup if you don't want to make your own. Thanks again for watching. Cheers Rusty!
Nothing beats a whiskey sour... except another one!
Never a truer word spoken!!
Not the biggest gin fan, but I like the sound of this one!
It's a bit more savoury than most cocktails but it is damn good!
Offt! Such a good gin drink!
Simple and smashable!!
I love the honey in this one
simple but kinda weird. lovely color. great video. will have to try it next time I have fresh basil
