@@BIGJOESXR We think this machine is going to be a big step in the right direction. For a lot of buyers left out by the original RMAX4 compact. The 2024 X2 1000 is outstanding. All the updates across the line this year including price drops are big steps in the right direction.
@@Darkcruzer23 True but compared to the other long wheelbase for seat vehballs the RMAX2 Suspension design and travel now used on the new RMAX4 articulates better than the competition from what we saw in our two seat shootout. A longer wheelbase makes getting high centered.A little easier but is nice on super steep climbs and descents.
If the new RMAX had hard cab an doors with air conditioning and heating it would be one of the top selling UTVs on the market nobody wants to be hot cold or dirty when you're out having a good time
@@greggarrot8132 We wouldn't say nobody. We are certainly not interested in heating and air conditioning in a full on sport machine. That being said, we really liked it in the new Kawasaki.Ridge and have a feeling more manufacturers will be adding it to more machines. The price is probably going to go up five grand though. It definitely will come at a higher price.
@@UTVonDemand I can tell from your reply you have not spend any time in a nice off-road prerunner with heating and air conditioning being able to go off-roading year-round comfortably without sacrificing any performance
And? 10 year belt warranty…. My Teryx has 4000 miles on it and the belt looks new. I don’t really get your point…. Gear on gear isn’t 100% reliable either.
@@UTVonDemand It's not going to happen, but I'd like a geared transmission with 3 pedals and shifter in the center. Give me mechanical high/low range selection(think an old school knob on an arm) and mechanical 4wd engagement while we are at it. I'll quit dreaming and come back to reality now. And, yes I'm old.
Damn Yamaha! The one thing that would have really grabbed peoples attention was MORE POWER! Power is what yamaha is always missing in their machines. I like yamaha, but most their products just lack real excitement.
@UTVonDemand It's not about class, it's about making a fun and exciting machine. Who cares what class it's in. More power would be better, and attract more buyers. The Japanese brands have always had this issue, at least in the sxs and atv world.
I love that they’ve finally expanded the bed on this machine.
@@jerb9254 Agreed and they added some room in the back seat for full grown adults.
Wheres the air and heat ?
Best review on TH-cam hands down! 🍻
THANK YOU! Good to see you.
Best video so far on this unit!!!

It's not a square set up, the tires are still round😮

Does it have a heater and air

How is making it as long as every other 4 seater on the market better for rock crawling? They are too long and high center
