I took the Texas exam and fail it but by a few answers. Hey Joe it was a question regarding the MLS. It was asking what was in a MSL listing? It had beedroom/ bathroom the address Picture of the property Garage.....ALL of these are on the MLS....very confusing. I choose brm/ bathroom....
My test is tomorrow I have been listening to prep agent for this whole week he's been very helpful. I will come back and update you guys and tell you if I passed or failed my test on the first time..

What happens is you worked hard to find a buyer under this contract and did not but the owner found another agent that did--does the first agent still get paid?

What are tips I can do to have the terms stick. Understanding and Memorizing are so different.
Listen to the vocabulary through out the day, & do vocabulary exercises before study guides & practice exams

Jon Mari it doesn’t matter where you start, it’s not like the exam will be organized. I recommend you change your diet to increase better memory
