In this video, I'm unboxing, opening and reviewing the Primus Lite III Men's by Vivobarefoot. I was turned on to these and this lifestyle by The Foot Collective. The Foot Collective was introduced to me by a friend, Ryan Chen, in Singapore.
In this video I cover what barefoot shoes are. I then open and unbox the shoes. If you're familiar with foot health, skip ahead to 7:40 for the opening, unboxing and 8:55 for an in-depth look.
I had injuries from trying to transition too quickly to these, but I'm happy to report that things have gotten better over time. Late night sleeping because of bad sleeping habits, hasn't exactly helped with healing and re-wiring my feet. I'm working on my sleep too.
I now prefer barefoot shoes, anytime, although it's more work on the calves and feet.
