I’m not so much new to basketball, I’ve kind of casually watched since I was 5 or 7 so that was 1990 bit in last couple of years I’ve been one really interested . Can I ask a question , I apologise in advance for my ignorance but why does the ref go so quick and desperate to stop the free theow? Can it not be changed or taken off if the player already got the shot off? I thought with first one he was being funny but maybe now . If anyone who knows much more about it than me I’d be thankful if someone explained it a little .
