How do you recolor/tint the image within the shape...? Like, if I were to want to make the ocean within the example red? I've been trying everything but I've gotten nothing to work

One way of doing it is by recolouring the image in Photoshop first and then insert it into the shape.

Hello. Have you selected the shape before choosing the “draw inside” option? Otherwise it will be greyed out.
